Major land swindler who bounced checks worth millions in Pattaya and Sri Racha arrested on Bang Na - Trat Road

SRI RACHA/PATTAYA: -- : -- A wanted swindler involved in dodgy land deals and bounced checks was arrested by a contingent of CSD police at a gas station in Bang Plee yesterday.

 

Investigators finally caught up with 49 year old Siripanya Deebunchai who was wanted on an October 2016 warrant issued in Pattaya for fraud in connection with 40 million baht land deals in Rayong.

 

The fraud was committed in March of last year, reported Thai Rath.

 

But police have discovered there is much more to pin on the suspect. He also looks set to be charged in a 10 million baht fraud in Chonburi among other cases reported to the Crime Suppression Division.

 

Four warrants were also out for him for bouncing checks worth 20 million baht in deals he was involved in in Pattaya and Sri Racha.

 

He was detained and sent to Sri Racha for further questioning.

Well they have not got the Englsh Guy Trevor Anthill  who had Kensington Real Estate in Pattaya. He went off with around 100 million baht from many people who bought condos and houses off the plans including me 8-9 yeas back and this was the second time he did it in Pattaya. A lawyer was in on it with him.
