A growth rate increase of 0.01% the headline screams.. But wait. Isn't a growth from 3.4% to 3.5% a growth rate increase of 0.1%. Or is this financial wizard really meaning an increase to 3.41%? Who would really know? Statistics and basic arithmetic does not seem to be this government's strong point. Poetry gets a low score also.
