Checked the rate after the bombs went off and amazingly the baht had strengthened not weakened despite the implications for tourism. As most dealing in the offshore baht takes place in Singapore , the answer seems to be to get hold of one of the dealers there such as Jimmy Koh who is a baht specialist and ask him when he gets back to his desk tomorrow.
