Apartment Wanted For 5 Weeks Near Rama 9 Mrt

I am looking to rent an apartment preferably within walking distance (20 minutes) to address: 65/60 Chamnan Phenjati Business Center Tower, Rama 9 Road. Alternatively any apartment close to an MRT station and not too many stops to enable me to get to Rama 9 MRT 9am daily.

My only requirements are decent furnished with fast internet connection. Do not require swimming pool but a gym would be nice optional extra. budet is 10-20k bht per month.
