Government is only IN healthcare because the insurance companies etc. were causing an upward spiral that was out of control, and making arbitrary decisions about who and what they would cover..
The health insurance industry is still 100% market driven business wise.

You do not just get a transplant if you have a destructive lifestyle.

He has been having people arrested for liking things on Facebook. So, maybe this is a workaround? 

Why is US healthcare so incredibly expensive? This helps explain it.  The key factor is how much the healthcare industry spends lobbying politicians, sorry guys, you've been conned big time.
