Transport Vienna Airport To Vienna

Hi,

going for Holi's in austria with the Mrs. in a few days. Just wondering if anyone can advise on the recommended trasnportation from the Airport to a hotel in Downtown Vienna. We had a quote from the hotel to pick us up for 6,000 baht..... seems alot even for Austria.

Taxi might be an option, or Airport bus to town and then taxi. (traveling with bags, so dont want to go purely on public transport )

Will be the first time for the Mrs in the snow..... will be interesting.

Take the train, costs just a few Euros, gets you there in half an hour or so, had no issues with taking bags on board...and enjoy Vienna, it's a beauty

I usually go through munich when i am going to austria .....so wien schwechat (vienna's airport)i am not so sure...but what i found are several airport pick up services some are in german language i give you a link of one which serves a Hotel and costs 39 Euro which is an OK price (about 1800 THB)

It would be easier to know where in Vienna your hotel is located or the name of it ...
