Does anyone have this file? its a *.vcs file with the public holiday dates.

Save me having to do it by hand. :o

Not a .vcs file, but try this (using Outlook 2003):

Tools / Options / "Preferences" tab / "Calendar Options" button / "Add Holidays" button, then check the "Thailand" checkbox and hit "OK".
