Here's the link - MBK Finance says no WP or PR required. http://www.mbkg.co.th/en/loan_products/condo_loan/about Believe they have a list of pre-approved buildings and the rates are likely to end up in the 6-8% range. August 18, 20178 yr I guess the question is collateral for what? Another condo...a house... a personal loan....business start up? All are different with a different set of risks and all are likely to elicit a different response from the potential lender.
