The initiation of a simple retirement extension has really become complicated. Submitted all documents today at CW and was told to expect a home visit/inspection by immigration. Will then have to return on December 29th to get the 90 days Non-0 visa. During the 90 days a 3rd visit to CW is then required to get the actual retirement extension. 3 trips to CW and although the requirement to show proof of 2 months rental payment was waivered at the end, it was only after some negotiations and the suggestion of extra cash payments.

That is absolut correct. I was actually thinking of pinch the valve open just a tiny bit, so it can take multiple first flush before a full dump is required. The larger leaf filter is a 12" PVC pipe with a nylon screen. It is working so well that the in-tank filters only see the finer stuff.
