  1. Hamas killed about 1000 people on 7th October 2023. Check what Israel did over the last 70 years or so, and you should have an idea why Hamas hates them. And the article above is about the ICC, Netanyahu and other war mongers. Not about "the Jews". If Netanyahu wants that Israelis live in peace then he should try to make peace. Now he just creates more people who hate him and Israel. But obviously he knows that. But he doesn't care, because for him his personal survival is more important than Israel. Sad.
  2. It doesn't make sense to argue with people like you. You don't want to see reality and 100 people could write 1000 replies and you wouldn't listen. Just stay with your ignorance and be happy. I am out of here.
  3. Just look at what you wrote. I wrote about Israel and you wrote about the Jews. Israel is the problem, not the Jews. And good that only 35% of the buildings are destroyed. ONLY 35% Are you real?
  4. Personally, I don't think the selection process is difficult. Is the seller rating bad or not existing: Don't buy. Is the price too good to be true: Don't buy. Mostly I look for authorized dealers, etc. for more expensive items. And if I buy something for 100 or 200B and I look what the masses buy. Mostly it does the job.
  5. I hope he will sell the car and use the money to help the people in need. But I won't hold my breath that that will happen.
  6. Israel has over 70% Jews. I saw enough interviews with Jews from all over the world that I know many disagree with Netanyahu. But obviously enough support him. It's Israel's war, not the Jews war. Probably the Palestinians just didn't like their building anymore and they blew them up themselves, or maybe not? https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/apr/26/gazas-37m-tonnes-of-bomb-filled-debris-could-take-14-years-to-clear-says-expert
  7. This has nothing to do with "the jews". Why is it that every time someone criticizes Israel and their government that we are accused to be against the Jews? All the bad guys should be prosecuted. And please keep things in perspective. How many Israelis did Hamas kill? And how many Palestinians die Israel kill - mostly women and children. And looking at the amount of weapons, I would be surprised if Hamas has used even 1% of what Israel used. And the USA sends them more and more and more. Do whatever you want. Sad.
  8. Can you look at the package before you pay? I always paid when I ordered and never had any problems.
  9. Obviously, they have to check first if those guys are connected to some influential people. After all, TiT.
  10. I read he was already years ago sentenced to jail. I don't know if he is actually in jail. It's good that something happens at least from time to time against some of the crooked elite. More of the same would be great.
  11. I remember when I was there the first time, still a holiday, I think in 1994. There was one shop with all those CDs, at that time still all directly available in the shop. I couldn't believe that everything was available, and so cheap. Recently, almost 30 years later, I moved to another apartment, and I rediscovered my stash of CDs. Hundreds of them, maybe thousands.
  12. I agree that some women love them. But it seems there are so many details about which brand and model and whatever that it seems to be very easy to select the wrong bag. If you really want to do that, go with her to a shop and let her select - and bring a lot of money.
  13. Please also include the people who sent all those weapons to Israel. The war wouldn't happen without the unconditional support from the USA and others.
  14. She will love a trip to Chinatown. Here is a closeup
  15. He died a couple of years ago. As far as I know from an antibiotic allergy. Here are details about him and his clinic. https://bioenergyasia.com/index.php/about-us/profile As far as I know the clinic still exists. But I didn't visit them (or need them) anymore since years.
  16. No, there are many good doctors in Bangkok. There are obviously also bad once, I guess that is not only a problem in Thailand.
  17. After some negative comment above, I like to write about the positive things. Sometimes we have a vertebra or two in a position where they shouldn't be. Maybe we carried something heavy or moved the body in a way we shouldn't have done or something like that. I asked Dr. Don about that, see above, and he told me that if we are lucky we sleep for a night or two and the body aligns things back to where they should be, and all is fine. If the body does not align it after a few days, then it's good to see a chiropractor and let him align the vertebra. Over the years, I did that a couple of times. It was always like this: I go there and I can move i.e. an arm properly. Then, after one visit with Dr. Don, all was fine. I walk out and it doesn't hurt anymore. A friend had a problem with his arm, he visited Bumrungrad, and they suggested treatment and medications (and I think surgery) for a lot of money. Instead, he visited Dr. Don, and after a few visits he was feeling much better. No medication, no surgery. So, I know, a good chiropractor can do great things - in some situations.
  18. For me, life is about living comfortably, without stress, with enough variety. Probably I have in the 2km around me more than 1,000 restaurants, bars, shops, cinemas, a couple of parks, and anything else. I guess up country people don't have so much variety 100km around them. Long time ago, when I lived in a cold country far away, I made holiday in warm countries. And then I made holiday in Thailand, and I liked it a lot, and then I moved to Thailand. Since then, I didn't go on holiday anywhere else. I like it here; I am not looking for something different. Some time ago I was sometimes on the weekend in Pattaya, maybe 2 or 3 hours on the beach, and then a little here and there. Apart from the beach there is nothing there which is not also available in Bangkok. The few times when I go up country with my gf maybe we go with the family to a lake or something like that. Ok, it's nice for half a day. And then the ants and mosquitos take over. Nothing for me. And then I visited "home" again, a couple of years ago. Ok, I liked some of the food which I didn't eat for a long time. But all in all, nothing special over there which I like to see regularly. For me, 100% of the time in Bangkok is just fine. I know that is not the same for everybody, and that is the nice thing, we can all do what we like.
  19. I used to see Dr. Don when he was still alive. He was amazing and I heard many good stories about him. But unfortunately, it seems some chiropractors overestimate what they can to and should do. And sometimes things go wrong. So, I suggest, make sure to verify what reputation your chiropractor has.
  20. Pantip Plaza in the good old times.
  21. Something like this, Sukhumvit Road without Skytrain. We didn't have digital pictures at that time, and I am too lazy to look for old slides.
  22. I know with the EU is was all much easier. But I guess it should still be possible from someone in the UK to live i.e. in Spain. I guess (just a guess) that this is easier than living in Thailand.
  23. I am sure some Thai people are happy to spend the money of the Australian people. Apart from that, and IMHO, the term "trafficking" is overrated. We often hear in the news from Thais who were trafficked to here and there and all those bad people who trafficked them. And in private I hear from friends and family of my gf about all those great opportunities to go to these other countries and make a lot of money - mostly illegal. Somehow all this doesn't add up.
