  1. This statement issued by former J.A.Gs give a far clearer opinion whether these killings are legal or illegal: https://www.justsecurity.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/former-jag-working-group-no-quarter-statement.pdf .
  2. I doubt there will be enough backpackers and college kids to replace migrant workers on farms. Didn't Republicans talk about changing the laws on child labour to allow them to work long hours on the farms? Pretty sure that once all the farmers go bankrupt, Trump's rich cronies will step in to buy all those foreclosed and bankrupt farms for a pittance, to add to their large farming conglomerates.
  3. If those reports are true, I don't think a Trump pardon will cover anyone from Hegseth down to the person who killed the survivors of the first shot that were clinging to debris. Hegseth is over egging it a bit, "Warriors, fighting to defend the homeland." A guy sitting in a room, either on a heavily armed and defended warship, or in a back room in the Pentagon, remotely flying a drone to kill, possibly illegally, the crew of a boat that has never been proven to be committing the crime they are dying for, is hardly fitting of such a description. Under any law, international or military, that is either murder or a war crime.
  4. Exactly. Let the immigrants live on easy street, taking no risk, laughing while the nationals put their lives on the line. A great way to promote morale among the troops.
  5. Nothing wrong with getting illegals out. The clue is in the name. They are in the US illegally. The problem is how Trump is doing it, with his catch all ICE band of thugs, backed by a corrupt DOJ and DHS, grabbing anyone, including US citizens off the streets. These ICE members are hiding their faces and identities to avoid future criminal charges, doing things that would likely get any police officer criminally charged and fired. The police have to show names and badge numbers. Why not them?
  6. No. But if a war comes, they can't be left living freely, enjoying the good life while others are fighting for their homeland. That would be too demoralising for an army. So it will likely be either mass expulsion, or mass internment for those immigrants that don't do a runner. Can't have an enemy within.
  7. I doubt Karoline Leavitt will give a toss about her once future sister-in-law getting arrested or deported. she is too enamoured by her dear leader. The poison dwarf will likely even be happy about it.
  8. Just as in many European countries, I doubt many of the recent immigrant arrivals to Germany would be willing to fight a war for them. Many are pure economic migrants. If it kicks off, they will simply head back home.
  9. I went back to the London for a couple of days last week and it was -1C, so even getting back to these cooler temperatures, it still feels warm to me.
  10. Add to that the $250 integrity charge for tourist visas, and I imagine tourists will soon be flocking to the US.
  11. Perhaps someone should urge action against Pattaya ladyboys stealing Indian tourists gold neck chains. 😀
  12. So if all is OK, Trump won't need to pardon anyone involved in the supposed drug boat killings. I'm not sure Pam Bondi's DOJ opinions will have any sway in any Military Court Marshal that may occur from said killings.
  13. Not to say how much personal information was stolen by these creeps getting into classified databases.
  14. So when are you going to start giving all your's away Elon? What's the point of getting out of bed in the morning if no reason? You only have to look at the lives of many of the large numbers of permanent unemployed and /or unemployable living on the dole to see what happens.
  15. There are cameras recording us everywhere nowadays. Even here in Thailand, so I don't think filming in public itself is illegal. though Thailand may have some specific privacy / data protection laws this guy s breaking. If I were him, I would be more worried if a crowd of said ladyboys actually catch him in the act of recording them. High heels at dawn looks quite painful when they are swinging them at someone's head.
  16. Trump’s administration should be more concerned about the Cartel de los Paedos. And who is “Bubba” by the way?
  17. The US gov't would be spying on you with Stasrlink as well. They probably already do spy on everyone though NSA or Palantir.
  18. "Some day I'm coming back" by Lisa Stansfield? Or maybe "Another one bites the dust" by Queen. 😀
  19. The US has proved itself to be an unreliable ally lately. Why would the UK go for an American company for what is an important part of national infrastructure? That term Hegseth like to use so frequently (FAFO) comes to mind.
  20. The Donald himself promised that they would all be released once he became President. Give him time, he is busy.
  21. He is working on getting the Supreme Court to fix those.
  22. If the Thai inmates find out what he is in there for, ten years will seem like a hundred. A foreigner doing that to a child, a Thai child at that, will bring the same sort of criminal justice that would occur in most western prisons against child killers. That is why such animals are usually segregated for their own protection.
  23. Some people just prefer the quiet life. Some want to prop up the bar all day. It's what makes the world go round. I have thought about it myself, living away from all the hassle, but I like living by the sea too much, and the proximity of the shops and services.
  24. I bet he will be signing a hell of a lot more pardons before he leaves office. Hegseth and Bondi to name just two.
