I doubt there will be enough backpackers and college kids to replace migrant workers on farms. If those reports are true, I don't think a Trump pardon will cover anyone from Hegseth down to the person who killed the survivors of the first shot that were clinging to debris. A guy sitting in a room, either on a heavily armed and defended warship, or in a back room in the Pentagon, remotely flying a drone to kill, possibly illegally, the crew of a boat that has never been proven to be committing the crime they are dying for, is hardly fitting of such a description. Under any law, international or military, that is either murder or a war crime.
