I have not seen any bars or restaurants along Beach Road, where most of the water fight is closed. Hell they are the ones charging 20-100 baht for water. Some have restrictions on what you can bring into the restaurant or bar. Bangkok is the same thing a lot of the bars are open earlier so that they can make the money off of the tourrists.

Most don't lose profit because they either charge for the water or you have to buy a drink. I don't remember seeing any less people in bars or walking street. Same for nana lots of people lots of drinking. Most bars accept it as the cost of doing business

There are some nice locations and yes have taken a few partners there. Only place for dancing and such. The challenge I have is why was this idiot that drunk at that hour. During morning most bars that i have seen donot have the male staff present because it is just starting. Also the morning staff is not usually as experienced as the evening staff. OH well I am sure he had a lovley day.
