  1. Lots of waterfalls close in monsoon as too dangerous. I remember swimming in one near Petchabun when the rangers gathered us all up and escorted us out as it was raining upstream.
  2. Took them 3 weeks to apply mine ........... but I did need to call them and have it updated manually.
  3. Best I got back home was a 5, out here in SEA I'm having 8s,9s and an occasional 10. And the ladies here were all considerably cheaper (not to mention smaller) and more loving than my 4s and 5s back home.
  4. He didn't state the age or looks of the women though. In fact, it's a common theme of all the guys wanting or claiming to have free women. We never get to see what their free women look like!
  5. Not all of us want to drive 'old cars'.
  6. Not if they have dark skin or are the shape of a buffalo ............. You'd also need to define 'decent Thai men', most of the wealthier Thai guys I've encountered gamble, have mia noi's, go to dodgy karaoke places, carry guns, beat their wives, etc.
  7. Not when you're 50+ and she's 20+.
  8. 95 costs 0.2bht more than 91. Difference in a 42 litre fill is 8bht.
  9. Montana should turn off all the fossil fuel power plants and see how the kids like that!
  10. For when? You don't seem to understand this is very time sensitive, and potentially lethal. 1 day could be the difference between full recovery and having to cut half your face off.
  11. Did you read my sig? No need to answer!
  12. If some armed (with a knife) guy started kicking my door in an attempt to enter my home, I'd feel completely justified in shooting and killing him.
  13. I've been banging away for 14+ years without a condom. Most don't ask, and when those that do ask get told 'no repeat hires', they always change their minds.
  14. I've never told anyone my business, not even my woman. I never show my passport or allow it to be seen by civilians. When back in the UK I deny I have a passport to everyone, not their business. The trick to being a criminal, is to not speak to anyone about it. I don't even give out my real name. You'd have to be stupid to let anyone know you were breaking any rules of any kind. So your 'knowingly harbouring' is in effect nonsense.
  15. Usually they expect the man they sleep with to pay. Sounds like you've never lived with a woman. As for disease, I always take us both for a HIV test before moving her in. All the other disease risks are trivial, and you could catch them from any woman who wasn't a virgin.
  16. If friends come to stay with you, do you first ask to see their passport, check their Visa, then report to immigration? What about a girl that sleeps over, do you check she's a Thai citizen, etc.? How about motoring offences, do you report pals you see, drink driving, speeding, tax, ins, dl? Once you start being a nark, where do you draw the line?
  17. So far, Cambodia is easy, stay as long as you like, did need $25 to enter. Philippines is easier, 30 days on arrival, stay for 3 years. Vietnam, very easy for Brits, 14 days on arrival. Laos was easy, did need $25 to enter. Malaysia really easy, 3 months on arrival. China was easier than expected, but I did need to apply for $25 VISA in advance. I don't consider Thailand as easiest in the world for tourists.
  18. This sounds a bit excessive.
  19. Amoxicillin may not be the best antibiotic to use. Swelling and pain normally goes down within the first 24hrs if it's working. You shouldn't be waiting a week, especially in this case where it appears not to be working.
  20. The most famous UK case ............ https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/gangster-kenneth-noye-spared-jail-27125524
  21. Same in Thailand and many other countries.
  22. Part 3 will be a news item about a street vendor stabbing a foreigner to death for not paying his bill.
