"Rising food prices and Global food shortage coming?" It's unlikely there will ever be a global food shortage. Farmers can grow as much as we need, but farmers aren't charity workers. They sell their products, and you will need to work in order to buy your food. If you can't pay for it, then they won't grow it. Posters often confuse starving people with not enough food available. The problem is more to do with starving people not having the money to pay for their food. I have 5 rai of rice paddy, not planted it for the past 5 years because the price of rice 10bht/Kg isn't worth the effort of planting.

My house was like that when they first built it. Never touch any wire without a tester screwdriver, saved my life the first day I moved in. Went to wire in an electric shower heater, wire was live even with the shower fuse off. Not much point having all your fuses wired to the neutral, and live running to all your sockets all the time. Not to mention wasting all that electricity heating up the earth around your earth rod. Yep, I've also got a shared neutral ...... these guys are idiots.

More like the OP has a basic lack of understanding, lots of woolly thinking displayed on this thread. Installing a solar system isn't for everyone, and in some cases could be extremely dangerous.

Why would you want to charge the battery from the mains? Inverter switches to mains when there's no battery or PV. Why wouldn't you want to split the circuits? I have most of my house wired through the inverter. But my air-con, showers and a kitchen double socket wired to the mains.

You're lucky, I've got rubble/bottles/rubbish 2 inches under my soil. 5-6 years after my house build I was still filling in holes that appeared.

2 years back half cells weren't available, not that I can see any advantage to them. 2 of my orders didn't arrive, broken in transit and returned to sender without me ever seeing them.

If you hire a car and it won't start, do you still pay the rental? If you sign an employment contract and the employer decides not to pay you, do you still go to work? Marriage in the west is all one sided, the man is expected to fulfil his part of the contract, she has no requirement to do anything.

But....... It doesn't cost her any money It doesn't take any of her energy It doesn't occupy much of her time. So why wouldn't she? Not to mention you're still expected to buy her flowers, give her money, take her out, do all those little jobs around the house. What you wrote all seems a little one sided to me.
