    Not really comparable as most smokers are doing 40-80 a day, while cannabis users are doing 1/2-2 a day. So expect the smokers to be at least 40x more at risk.

    Oddly enough the government measures didn't help at all. My mortgage is with SCB bank, when I first took out the mortgage (2012) the repayments were 10,900bht/month (@6.25%). And they have absolutely refused to allow any change in the repayments, despite interest rates reducing to 4.75% then moving to 5.37%. They still demand 10,900bht/month.

    Current interest rate = 5.37% Interest rate 2012 = 6.25% Lowest interest rate 2020 = 4.75% So not really the highest interest rate in years. Not even that much difference over the years.
