Having this happen to several neighbours and family members (mastectomy + recurrence in 5ish years), I'm sorry to say they all died in 6-12 months from discovery of the recurrence. Yes they had chemo, no it didn't help in any way I considered worthwhile.

How about a solar car port on a budget?
BritManToo replied to Crossy's topic in Alternative/Renewable Energy Forum
Thought the solar panels had blocking diodes in them. The combiner boxes I've seen only had fuses in them. -
How about a solar car port on a budget?
BritManToo replied to Crossy's topic in Alternative/Renewable Energy Forum
Are you combining strings? If so how, 1. do you match the voltage of the strings then just connect together in parallel? 2. just connect the different voltage strings in parallel? 3. or something different. One of my strings would be in shade early mornings, the other in shade early afternoons. So although I could match the string panel voltages, the string output voltages would mostly be different. Looked in Google, but they all seem to answer this same question asked many times by changing the original question. Others answering are clearly fools. -
Cheese on toast is probably easiest. Cook your toast, put the grated cheese on top, sprinkle 0.5gm of high THC indica cannabis, and grill as slowly as you can. Takes 30-45 mins after eating for the effect to work. I do mine with pizza, totally knocks me out.

Varifocals are $50-60 from zennioptical (Inc delivery, about 10 days). No need to worry about the silly Thai pricing. -

You need to move with the times, all done with a computer shining lasers through you eye lens. "Watch the tractor as it crosses the field" -
So broke Britain Starmer wants to give 54 billion to the Ukraine. When just last week he didn't have enough money for pensioners fuel.

I paid 4,000bht for the 6+128 version in the Shopee 8/8 sale earlier this month. Works well, long battery life, can play movies direct from my Synology NAS using DS Video. -
Purchase via phone app and delivery usually free.

Bicycle lights during daytime riding - Yes or No?
BritManToo replied to Chomper Higgot's topic in Cycling in Thailand
White flashing at front, red flashing at rear during my daytime rides. Rear red (RayPal) has 10,000ma battery lasts about 15hrs between charges. Snipped out the original 500ma battery and put a wire running to battery in rear bag. Ebike battery 15ah@48v has a 5v phone charger socket so I can recharge while cycling. -
What Movies or TV shows are you watching (2024)
BritManToo replied to Rimmer's topic in Entertainment
Just watched the scifi tv mini series Quatermass made in 1979 (Dailymotion). Quite entertaining in a dated sort of way. -
Yes, now cycled 1400km on it, the best bike I've ever owned, smooth gear changes, rolls easily, average speed 24kmhr normally using assist 1, only slipping into assist 3 for a 1km 10% hill. Beats trek alpha rb, trek 3500 MTB, giant anyroad gravel, Merida Matts 40 MTB for quality. Complete bar steward to change the rear inner tube though, need lots of time and tools as the rear motor hub clashes with the rear derailleur and rear hydraulic brake.
