  1. Check on road upgrades/repairs and try another route. It seems to be all roads dig up and repair at the moment. Just drove back now from Pattaya to Kuchinari and the monthly Pattaya road dig up has spread.
  2. I finished the motor etc installation, but dropped a screw somewhere whem installing the chain ring, so left it all. I then decided to get a couple of folding ebikes from china. Assembled them, but also not ridden much as had a big back op. and can't safely get on and off. Stupid decision to buy those bikes as should have bought a step-through frame. Have ridden them and like the PAS but very touchy on the throttle. After my fusion is more solid (about 3 more months), I'll try again.
  3. Visiting Pattaya for a few days: 1. Where to pick up a supply of Viagra or similar? 2. Where is a shop selling Walking Poles bits and pieces? 3. Is Central dept. Store beach road the best place to buy Crocs?
  4. What's more it's liquid water. 🙂
  5. Yes NAB are a bit indifferent. Yesterday I saw a suspicious withdrawn from one of my accounts. On talking to the fraud department, they said they didn't have my email address so transfered me to another department to update my email address and they said they have it already. NAB got some holes in their system. card account
  6. I just completed this quiz. My Score 20/100 My Time 124 seconds
  7. Nothing will happen, but it's a good warning not to terminate the neutral and active wires onto the wrong terminals, because then there will be a lot of excitement.
  8. @digger70 Hi, I use Wise like you for international transfers, but buying a birthday present for my daughter-in-law NAB sent an SMS to me in Thailand to quote the number but it never arrived, was blocked by Thailand, so I couldn't complete the Australian transaction. We did some testing, where I could receive messages from the bank, but not SMS authorization number.
  9. Hi, I get very stiff legs after my morning 5km walk. Do you get stiff ( legs I'm talkin about) and does the electrolyte help with this?
  10. I had one of these for my legs to lumbar. Showed weekness in the electric current response. So my evaluation of the test for nerves of spine and back, was that I had nerve damage, which they new before. The CT scans, xrays, MRIs, already showed this up.
  11. The National Bank Australia said there is a problem with people in Thailand receiving SMS transaction approval from the bank. Thailand and UAE as well. The bank sends the SMS but is blocked. If you are having this problem when trying to pay bills, you have to contact the bank and get them to remove the SMS security.
  12. I took the cover off to see the neutral strapping. Had trouble connecting my large power cables (no trouble with the Lioa as different connectors). All going but cables not cleaned up, have to make up some pigtails to get it neater.
  13. Great...should be more of it....cow bell better. Ban the Big Hole in Ear I say.
  14. I've had a 2 in 1 but disappointing. Had trouble with the locking mechanism when changing between laptop and ipad. I wouldn't recommend one. If I were starting my degree again I would have a course recommended laptop and at home a dual screen PC for those large spreadsheet or other projects. One thing about a spell and grammer checker is to not use it for the first drafts, but only on the final version. First drafts you want to get the content down and not have to worry about the mechanics of the language. Stopping to correct spelling or grammer repeatedly inhibits your content thought. Check the mechanics of the language after the content has been keyboarded.
  15. Headspace is one great app. Focuses on breathing ++. Origionally made by a Farang monk, but since he left it has gone a bit woke but still enjoyable though expensive. One session I now just repeat is 365, where you progress daily thru the 20 min exercises for a year.
  16. I've run workshops using big apps (like photoshop etc) and initially it's better (easier) if all students are using the same methods and use the same keystrokes to access servers and files etc.
  17. I agree with @vinny41, but I would go further and ask a lecturer or course faciliator what brand, model, extra RAM etc. they suggest for students. There should be a course handout suggesting books, computers etc. There may even be discounts from suppliers. Best for all students and teachers if everyone has the same laptop and version of Windows.
  18. So you were dead then?
  19. @bluejets Thanks very much. Have to investigate a bit further as seems strange (to me) if you have to take the cover off to connect the power cables. Probably has those stickers over the cover screws as well. Hope you are going good with that other problem and if you get here to Thailand send me a PM and I'll try and pop in and say hello. 🙂
  20. OK thanks again. Will have to wait till I get home as getting son's car fixed at Mukdahan. Bloody kids. 🙂
  21. Just bought a new AVR, no power input and output terminals supplied. What male terminals fit this AVR?
  22. I've dealt with Isaan Lawyers before for contracts but not condos. They seemed good.
  23. I just completed this quiz. My Score 20/100 My Time 63 seconds
  24. @Kenny202 When you plug the LAN cable into your computer, I think the signal from it would be setup to take preference over the WIFI signal. You would need fairly sophisticated electronics diversity to capture and combine all the higher signal points of each signal. Not being any faults, fibre landline should always be faster.
