The National Bank Australia said there is a problem with people in Thailand receiving SMS transaction approval from the bank. Thailand and UAE as well. The bank sends the SMS but is blocked. If you are having this problem when trying to pay bills, you have to contact the bank and get them to remove the SMS security.

I took the cover off to see the neutral strapping. Had trouble connecting my large power cables (no trouble with the Lioa as different connectors). All going but cables not cleaned up, have to make up some pigtails to get it neater.

Great...should be more of it....cow bell better. Ban the Big Hole in Ear I say. -
I've had a 2 in 1 but disappointing. Had trouble with the locking mechanism when changing between laptop and ipad. I wouldn't recommend one. If I were starting my degree again I would have a course recommended laptop and at home a dual screen PC for those large spreadsheet or other projects. One thing about a spell and grammer checker is to not use it for the first drafts, but only on the final version. First drafts you want to get the content down and not have to worry about the mechanics of the language. Stopping to correct spelling or grammer repeatedly inhibits your content thought. Check the mechanics of the language after the content has been keyboarded.

Headspace is one great app. Focuses on breathing ++. Origionally made by a Farang monk, but since he left it has gone a bit woke but still enjoyable though expensive. One session I now just repeat is 365, where you progress daily thru the 20 min exercises for a year.

I've run workshops using big apps (like photoshop etc) and initially it's better (easier) if all students are using the same methods and use the same keystrokes to access servers and files etc.

I agree with @vinny41, but I would go further and ask a lecturer or course faciliator what brand, model, extra RAM etc. they suggest for students. There should be a course handout suggesting books, computers etc. There may even be discounts from suppliers. Best for all students and teachers if everyone has the same laptop and version of Windows.

So you were dead then?

@bluejets Thanks very much. Have to investigate a bit further as seems strange (to me) if you have to take the cover off to connect the power cables. Probably has those stickers over the cover screws as well. Hope you are going good with that other problem and if you get here to Thailand send me a PM and I'll try and pop in and say hello. 🙂

OK thanks again. Will have to wait till I get home as getting son's car fixed at Mukdahan. Bloody kids. 🙂

Just bought a new AVR, no power input and output terminals supplied. What male terminals fit this AVR?

Condo purchase - Lawyer recommendations

I've dealt with Isaan Lawyers before for contracts but not condos. They seemed good. -
I just completed this quiz. My Score 20/100 My Time 63 seconds

@Kenny202 When you plug the LAN cable into your computer, I think the signal from it would be setup to take preference over the WIFI signal. You would need fairly sophisticated electronics diversity to capture and combine all the higher signal points of each signal. Not being any faults, fibre landline should always be faster.

Everyday I do my 5km walk, afterwards and into the next day (when I walk again) my legs and lower back are all stiff and sore. Everytime. There is a supplement that I want to try called 'sportslegs' but I can't seem to find a supplier here in Thailand or find how to get it here. Anyone use it, or know how to ship it here, or, have another, available, equivilant product? I have tried Celebrex, which helps, but don't want to take it daily.

Ten years old, over 250000km. I am not sure if or when the injectors have been replaced or cleaner.

Diesel Pajero. But black smoke not all the time. Seems when you apply power going up a hill this brings the tappet sound on. Any clues on maybe problem?
-
Any reports on the competence of mechanics? Son's Mishi a problem under load and tappet sound and big cloud of black smoke. Not all the time. So he's taking my car back to Banggers and I'll take his car to Mishubishi Muk. on Monday. So Mishu Muk. Ok or not?

Thank you very much for your effort. I decided that if they have them I would drive up, stay at your resourt (not asked you yet) and take the beast home. Haven't been up there since long ago MTX bike days. But, son and family visiting and trouble with his Mitubishi so he's going to take my CRV back to Banggers and I'm going to try and see what's wrong at Mishi Mukdahan then drive it back to Bkk. So will try and do the origional Global House hustle. Bit more pressure this time. 🙂

These 3 stabilizers have done heaps of work in the last 8 years. They are on the 3 phase PEA input to the house. They have survived (at least 1) Open Circuit neutral from PEA and a High Resistance neutral connection in the PEA meter box. When I built the house and connected the power the stabilizers were working like mad hunting all the time, thought it was normal for our small village until a cane truck took down the power feed to our house. It was repaired by some phantom in the night, the power problems got worse and PEA would not check their side, said it couldn't be them. Anyway, found all the PEA meter connections loose and had to cut and re-terminate the neutral as the end was burnt. Since then (couple years ago), stabilizers have been fairly quiet. So I think Lioa is a good brand and would stick with them if possible.

Thanks. I have 3 10kva. 1 still OK, other 2 problems. One burnt out transformer windings and the other regulates to 230v. So I swapped the control cct card and now I have 2 working, just need 1 more. I would get the Lioa if I could, but can't find a 10kva in Thailand. I know you said they have them in Chaing Rai or Chaing Mi at Global House, but my local G H won't attempt to get a transportation cost between Globals. I enquired in Vietnam and can get 3 from a supplier, but will only send air freight. Still trying to see if they will ship by truck and I can pick up at the Thai/Lao boarder. Before GH used to send between stores but too hard now. JBChaingRai if they still have the 10kva up there let me know please and I'll press local GH to get it.
