    You will see the fireworks anywhere round Pattaya beach. Personally I avoid the centre like the plague. The beach area and the city in general will be rammed. Take care of your kids if you go.

    There is only 1 Big C Extra and that's Pattaya Klang. The other one is Big C Supercentre.

    No one actually "buys" a bar over here, they are all rented out for a period of time. Short term leases or renting are basically the same, the owner holds the freehold.

    You are showing that you don't know how Lazada works to get the best deal. Before purchasing always go to the voucher centre and collect the free shipping and discount vouchers. Also check the store to see of they have an additional voucher. It can save you hundreds. Payment method is irrelevant to getting free shipping.

    Nonsense. I use my UK no fee credit cards in Big C, Lotus's, pay for petrol, use them on Lazada, pay for food on Grab.

    Stop worrying. Even if there was a fire I doubt if it would cause permanent damage. Don't forget the construction of houses over here, any damage can be easily repaired the contents replaced.

    I can't see anywhere in the thread that says if he has a Non O already. Pattaya prices vary across the board but the cheapest is 12.5k to 13k for an existing Non O. If OP needs a Non O and a retirement extension is about 23k not the 35k quoted.

    You should know that many agents in Pattaya are nowhere near 35k. Many are 12500 to 13,000
