Go to immigration without delay and explain your situation (you may need a Thai speaker to accompany you unless you are competent in spoken Thai). Could be that in the light of current events Immigration will be helpful given you are a Russian passport holder.

He is wise to stay neutral on the Russian invasion. There are hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing into Russia which is never mentioned in the Western media. The current situation is far more complex than we are being told.

You must be very new to Thailand, and to Asia in general. In this part of the world many people have to make money to survive any way they can. What you are referring to in your verbose, self-righteous posting is petty corruption. If you can't tolerate it I suggest you should find somewhere else to live.
