I believe there are charities here in Thailand that deal with that sort of behaviour by adolescents and can possibly intervene on your behalf. I can't name them personally, although they seem to crop fairly often up in similar circumstances. Maybe a google search of these type of agencies/institutions in Thailand may provide more information. I can imagine that you would like to do what I would like to do on a personal level about these chicken-=s*it little turds. And also to their parents!! I too have daughters.

Absolutely! How dare a tourist pedestrian cross the road at night when there are serious high speed motorcyclists just trying to negotiate busy holiday resort roads. Anyone would think there were speed limits or something! Definitely the tourists fault - expel him from Thailand and ban him for 10 years.
