I tried to listen to this video but he reminded me of Trump - he didn't seem to finish a sentence and I was unclear as to how, where or when all his troubles began, continued at and because of what? I fell asleep and stirred after he finished. I've been living here in Thailand for 20 years. Prior to that I backpacked throughout Asia and I was in my 50s and early 60s. It was up to me to safeguard my travel, visa, money, plans, etc., and I didn't go whining on FB or anywhere else, simply because it didn't exist at that time. Sorry to say that this guy is a loser and needs to take a long hard look at himself and get back home to sort himself out. He never mentioned family, but they should be his first contact.

That's simply not true. I use Makro a lot here in CM. They ask me if I have a membership card, I always reply that I don't. All cashiers then just ring up my purchases and I pay, get checked on the way out I then go home. I have never had a problem in 15 years.
