National ombudsman association?? Curious as there is a government agency called the Office of the Ombudsman consisting of four ombudsmen. As a result of NCPO's rewrite of the Constitution, the Ombudsmsn has only authority to investigate citizen complaints, gather information and send a report to the government (Office of the PM, etc.). It lost it's power to file a lawsuit on behalf of citizens against the government. The so-called NOA appears to have no authority to order any government agency to perform any action relative to the Constitution.

Of course the NCPO abolished the 2007 Constitution with its 2014 coup.
