    I had hemorrhoid surgery about 15 years ago. Mine were stapled. It was one of the most painful things I have ever been through.

    That's what it sounds like to me. He already has a 30 year lease on the land and plans to build a house on it. As someone else mentioned you should get a contract from the builder. Usually about 10% is paid up front and the rest is broken down into payments based on completion of certain things, like foundation,, roof, electrical, plumbing, etc.

There are some others for sale too from other bakers. Lots of youtube videos about making Keto Bread.

    You think like that, probably because you don’t live here. What you will find is many people crave routine. I've lived here over 10 years.

    I guess if you don't have enough money to go out and travel around and just do the same routine everyday you are going to get bored. Even if you go back to your home country.

    Can't you go to the dealer and have them show you? Most dealers have a person who's job is showing new owners how everything works.

    I see plenty of them where I live. I guess you are talking about those working in the sex tourist areas. You could say the same thing about the women that work there. Once they reach a certain age it is time to move on.
