    My wife had the wrong bithdate on her Thai ID. She had to have her mother go in with her to attest to the correct date to get it changed.

    That's what it sounds like to me. He already has a 30 year lease on the land and plans to build a house on it. As someone else mentioned you should get a contract from the builder. Usually about 10% is paid up front and the rest is broken down into payments based on completion of certain things, like foundation,, roof, electrical, plumbing, etc.

There are some others for sale too from other bakers. Lots of youtube videos about making Keto Bread.

    You think like that, probably because you don’t live here. What you will find is many people crave routine. I've lived here over 10 years.

    More of a defamation thing than a culture thing. That said most doctors protect each other.

    I guess if you don't have enough money to go out and travel around and just do the same routine everyday you are going to get bored. Even if you go back to your home country.
