  1. That was my first thought too but I guess single facility is not quite the same as single building.
  2. So they leave money in plain sight on the counter with an open window when they are closed?
  3. When they mail your passport back to you it comes with a letter for immigration to move the stamps. You get both your old(with a punch) and new passports back.
  4. As others have said if someone really wants to break into your house nothing will stop them.
  5. For Caleb & Brown? They charge me 3.5%. I think the regular commission is 5%.
  6. The custom hassles depends on which carrier the amazon seller uses. DHL and UPS can be problematic. UPS has asked for me to mail my passport to them a couple of times Then they want a description of the item, in Thai also. This in spite of them sending an attachement with a description of the item. A picture of the item. And a sales receipt. Customs is not the problem. It is these companies. In my experience the best way if possible is to use regular postal service. They will also tell you that the item can not be returned if you don't give them what they want. I refused to mail my passport to them. One item was so valuable I ended up having my niece go to their office at the airport with my passport. The other one was a box of candy canes. I just let it die in delivery. After I explained everything to amazon they did refund the money to me though.
  7. Has anyone used SRNE equipment? This looks similar to a Tesla Powerwall. I imagine it would be a lot cheaper though. I'm also guessing it wouldn't be PEA approved. https://www.srnesolar.com/product/all-in-one-energy-storage-system-ess-sr-eov05c-220 It looks like you can get a Tesla Powerwall in Thailand too. 8. Building a new house right now. Definitely going to have solar.
  9. I don't know where your passport is issued but a US passport only takes about 3 weeks to get a new one mailing it in.
  10. A strange way to stay out of court. I don't think he thought this one out.
  11. The small town I live in has many 100% motorcylce helmet signs along the main road. It's lucky if about 10% of them are wearing them.
  12. The election has already been decided. Everything else is just a show.
  13. OMG he walks with his hands behind his back!!!
  14. I don't know if they still do this. But there are(were?) area codes that charge you when you call them. Scammers would ring you and hang up before you could answer hoping you would return the call.
  15. Lazada has snake repellent for sale. i don't know if it is effective. I've been told the yellow sulfer powder repels snakes too. I've placed some in my yard before but again no idea if it actually does anything.
  16. Sometimes when you buy items you will get a free item after check out. I don't know if you get those without a card. But I think mostly the card is for marketing. Also if you shop with them online you might need a member number. Card is free anyway.
  17. If you still have the problem try turning all the breakers off with the RCBO unit in and then turn the breakers on one at a time until it trips. You might be able to isolate which circuit is causing the problem that way. I'm assuming there is another breaker box contected to this with all the individual circuits.
  18. Best to look at the cost per square meter. Yours would work out to approximately 2,294 baht/SqM. It's always a good idea to get more than 1 quote.
