For the first time in a decade I missed my 90 day report in January. Did it about 2 weeks late while doing my yearly extension. Fine was 2,000 baht but this was in Ratchaburi.

I left out the word expired. Before my 60 day extension expired I got a new 1 year extension.

Before the 60 day extension I got a new 1 year extension which started from the end of the 60 day extension. So it moved my yearly extension date from the beginning of Dec to the end of Jan.

More likely just sent to a different immigration office. Hopefully not mine.

I did mine towards the end of January. I did not get anything like that or told to do so like I was 2 years ago. Must be a random thing or perhaps who does your extension. Maybe also because I leave over 800K all year they don't bother with it. Who knows.

Most of the wiring in Thailand is insulated. Also most of the lower lines that are all tangled are data/internet lines, not power lines. Either the insulation was deteriorated or he broke it when the pile driver stand hit the wires.

Is this for the required insurance for an "O-A" visa or do you just want to have it? If the required one it limits who you can use. But either way Pacific Cross is a pretty good choice. But they do add to your premium up to 40% more for being overweight. Plus if you have existing health issues they will exclude that from coverage. Say for instance you are taking high blood pressure and/or cholesteral medications they are going to exclude you from coverage for heart attacks, strokes and such.

One year I got a 60 day extension. You could try explaining your situation to them and see if they would give you 60 day extension to move the date to September. If they do that though you still have to pay the 1,900 for the 60 days and then again for the year extension.
