Nothing has changed for eg using WISE to transfer money from abroad to your Thai bank. Limit per transfer to some banks is 2 mil and to some 500k. Change made is to limit for transfers from your Thai bank to perhaps another Thai bank. Also this is using app. I transfer 100k each month from my Thai bank to partners Thai bank every month.
