Another Visa Question…
In that case 100% obtain the Non O in USA prior to entering Thailand. You will receive a 90 day stamp. As example of answer how to search. For your situation I just now googled "non O marriage eVisa in USA aseannow" The results list AseanNow threads along with other sites. Here is one result. Hit on the link and read various posts.

Another Visa Question…
You can obtain a Non O (marriage) eVisa while in US. Best option. Dont bother with Non O-A. Simple way is to use Google with added word "aseannow" That will take you to threads, that often explains what you're after. In addition there are threads where helpful folk with post links to additional threads. Hit on the link and that takes you to the thread.

Will new 50k max bank transfer impact 65k for Immi?
He doesn't do that. He transfers monthly from abroad to his Thai bank account in his name only. He then transfers the funds to his Thai wife account. I do exactly the same. There is a ATM front of our condo. The funds hit my Thai account (in seconds using WISE) ... then the Thai partner transfers the funds out of my account into hers. The side bonus is only minimal funds remain in my account.

How does Bangkok Bank work for retirees who have a pension?
Have read this elsewhere. Seems almost like a prank statement. That would be ridiculous requirement. Certainly would be UK specific. With my Oz (Westpac bank) I can do just about anything. I have set 2mil (baht) as a limit per payment and for new payee the bank will send me a OTP in my Thai cell# to confirm new payee bank details. Seconds later I can transfer (payment) to new payee. If concerned ask in banking forum or UK specific.

Will new 50k max bank transfer impact 65k for Immi?
As has been mention couple of times above. The OP is confused. The monthly transfers of 65k + is an immigration requirement if using that method for extension retirement. Nothing has changed for eg using WISE to transfer money from abroad to your Thai bank. Limit per transfer to some banks is 2 mil and to some 500k. Change made is to limit for transfers from your Thai bank to perhaps another Thai bank. Also this is using app. I transfer 100k each month from my Thai bank to partners Thai bank every month. No issue.

Bt 800,000?
Yes this one. Up to seven days accepted, however prefer to advise day or two prior. Haven't read any update regarding that. And yes would be a bummer. I will still do the small deposit on the day however that will be done in the morning at random branch. I have not had that with my account so as a result I obtain a 12 month bank statement. That all started when one time they (io) wasn't happy there were two months with zero activity. I'm switching to income method so will need bank statement anyway. Seems (to me) CW are moving towards preference for bank statement over just the bank book pages even for money in bank method.

Retirement visa using the monthly income
The guy you quoted uses WISE. The amount transferred via WISE has a outline of transfer including all charges, exchange rate etc. Having stated that why would anyone cut it that fine. 70k + has a nice ring to it

Bangkok Bank - No yellow book, no new account
That's taken out of context. Someone was asking about alternative to BBL. Most banks it's 6 of one half dozen of the other. For me I want large transfer available. Here are limits below using wise... No big deal but I just recommend K bank. Also unlike BBL will provide 12 month bank statement on the spot. I wouldn't touch BBL given recent shenanigans. Most likely no issue with UOB. 2,000,000 THB: For transfers to Bangkok Bank and Kasikorn Bank. 1,499,999 THB: For transfers to Siam Commercial Bank. 500,000 THB: For transfers to all other recipient banks in Thailand

Switching from DTV to NON-O, and back again?
No it won't. Seems the only concern is TDL will only ever be valid for two years. Renew just after Birthdate. Your plan is off the charts crazy.
-
Bangkok Bank - No yellow book, no new account
My experience mirrors yours. Have two accounts different banks in Bangkok. Nothing for me also. I don't use banking apps. BBL issue as far as I can tell.
-
Switching from DTV to NON-O, and back again?
You are considering something (IMO) crazy. Fix what "domestic issues" exactly? Surely not based around TDL only being renewed for 2 years with DTV. Take a chill pill and enjoy the soft option Thailand has provided via DTV

Bangkok Bank - No yellow book, no new account
We all react differently. For me... If I had funds in BBL I would shift to another bank. Easy for you as you have alternative account. Leave minimal balance in BBL if you wish. I find recent actions reprehensible. Vote with your feet. Also as you mention if other banks follow then be aware there are alternatives

4th 60day stamp - no extension?
You will need to provide your TM30 to obtain extension. Ask hotel for print out.

"90 Days" Report After Having Returned From Abroad - Bangkok Imm
Phuket has similar option. Not really the point. Having to do TM47 in person after trip abroad is farcical. Granted it can be done via mail. For some folk in person to immigration office is very difficult/inconvenient. It's ludicrous that Thailand cannot provide option to process online reporting after travel abroad.
-
4th 60day stamp - no extension?
No. 30 day extension should be granted as a matter of course. At entry via airport visa exempt in future suggest you use "safe entry" agent.

Nice option if you live in CM. Many do not.

4th 60day stamp - no extension?
Think you will find the issue is a Koh Tao immigration thing. Out of interest guessing first visa exempt was via air then next 3 using land entries. So 8 months in visa exempt stamps (so far) How long spent out of Thailand in that time

BKK Bank 4 months banked method??
Good question. I doubt it very much. Thinking the bogus "freeze doc" Would go hand in hand with the Bank Letter. The Bank letter is only valid for 7 days.
-
Bangkok Bank - No yellow book, no new account
Exactly. Disregard emoji your post is spot on
-
Bangkok Bank - No yellow book, no new account
The current issue with BBL is not about withdrawals etc as you outlined. It's concerning obtaining Bank Letter for extensions based on retirement and marriage using funds in bank method.
