  1. Yes sorry....typo You do NOT need to do a new TM30. Be aware some offices are being rogue on this .. CM being one office
  2. You do need to make a new TM30. Also why would you have need to have any dealing with immigration.
  3. Nothing has changed. Reentry permit at airport is available. I obtained one at DMK 2 Weeks ago. It was busy and everyone was having immigration provide and prepare the TM8 including photo. That service is 200b. I prefer to do the form myself.
  4. https://aseannow.com/topic/1293770-can-you-always-get-a-re-entry-permit-at-phuket-airport/
  5. OP, ignore the reminder. Your 90 day clock was reset when you reentered. That stamp date is day 1.. As for the TM30 it is not required however some immigration offices are not following the rule changes to TM30 made June 2020. Thinking CM is one example. Which immigration office?
  6. Just read through the thread. You have not posted ONE piece of advice. So be constructive and make a suggestion for this group of folk. Apparently 2 recently reentered (guessing visa exempt) So go for it post a suggestion to assist. Doubt that will occur.
  7. They seemed prepared to explore ED visa which to me indicates prepared to look at options. Right now between rock and hard place. The border bounces would give them up to 4 months to consider next steps. I have you on ignore for good reasons. Serial pest
  8. Some schools can organize an ED visa however not cheap. Questionable volunteer visa came into play during covid. Turned out to be very sus. Since then it's not a good option. So no suggest the group did not stay across issues with non O volunteering
  9. Seems the group did zero planning prior to entering Thailand. So now in awkward situation. They can obtain 2 visa exempt per calendar year via land and each entry provides 30 day stamp and can be extended by 30 days at Thai immigration.
  10. Seems most immigration offices just want to see 12 monthly transfers of 65k + per month. Consistent dates advised. As per usual in Thailand some immigration offices play their own game.
  11. Bump thread as no replies. So OP, cut to the chase. How long do these folk want to stay in Thailand? Thailand offers a METV that can provide up to 9 months stay albeit requires exits from Thailand. However that needs to be obtained in home country or country where person has permanent residence status. Sounds like very poor planning from your friends
  12. You can make appointment for extension at CW. The previous online appointments has been replaced by this site... https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/onlineservice-and-publicguide/ The appointment system works a charm at CW. Remember to take hard copy of your confirmation email. CW closes for lunch 12-1pm.. On the lower level there are the banks (SCB no branch at CW) and photocopy stalls. They also do photos 4 snaps for 100b
  13. Yes 2 months. When folk do same path as yourself and obtain the non O in Thailand, that visa gives a 90 day permission of stay. Then you apply for 12 month extension in the last 30 days of that permit with funds having been in bank for 2 months + After your extension is granted you need to maintain 800k minimum for next 3 months. Then can go as low as 400k and back up to 800k prior to next extension. Many opt to maintain 800k all year round in a dedicated bank account for extension purposes
  14. To me seems that you have convinced yourself that the non O-X is best option. I wouldn't take any notice of Sydney information. You have received good advice in the thread however you seem to be deflecting. There are a few threads re this topic. Very few take up this visa and some io at airports seem confused as they are not common. With good reason. If the funds in the bank is an issue then change to income method. Those funds can be used to live in Thailand. No requirement to maintain funds in Thai bank. Alternatively use an agent to obtain your extension each year. At your age insurance will be problematic at best and if possible will be expensive. A lower threshold for insurance is a non O-A. That visa provides up to almost 2 year stay. If your travel pattern is to return to Oz every couple of years that would be an option. Funds remain in Oz Non O-X Silly option imo
  15. CW have been shown to be more flexible on the lease requirement. An explanation that you are currently deciding on long term option for where to sign a lease. Minimum would be to have screenshot of your current condo TM30. In similar threads some have suggested doing a "tear up lease" Pretty sure CW will accept that you are still looking for a suitable condo in Bangkok. Apply for extension as soon as your funds have been seasoned and if there is an issue you will still have time to sort out what the io is requesting.
  16. Avoid Non O-X... Better option is annual extension from your Non O retirement
  17. Who cares re your KLM experience. I fly almost monthly and many airlines require issue of boarding pass. The airline want to check eligibility to fly to destination. Hence want to view visa. My most recent experience Bangkok to Saigon Oct 25 needed to obtain boarding pass. Online check in not available as airline need to check visa. Same for next flight Saigon to Melbourne... Could not enter passport control until 3 hours prior to flight.
  18. By all means continue to polute the the OP thread. All your previous posts re 90 out of 180 day are nonsense and now you post an irrelevant BOI info. Take a break. Check your facts next time
  19. There are a few immigration offices that state they don't issue COR. Think Nonthanburi is another. Some embassies issue a "residence letter" USA, UK,and AU do not.
  20. He would need to do change of address TM30 and perhaps even a lease depending on immigration office. OP, have you checked with your immigration office.
  21. Silly post. The thread is about possible one day overstay and simple as that. No fine and perhaps overstay stamp that has already been posted. You do not go to jail even with significant overstay if flying out from Thailand. Also some airports only issue boarding pass 2-3 hours prior to flight. Getting airside early is not a given.
