  1. No. The only extension available to you is 12 months based on retirement. So your appointment is tomorrow. As you pointed out the banks are on lower lever. Suggest you go to your bank. Obtain the bank letter that confirms you are owner of the account. Make small deposit at the same time. This also updates the account. On same level there are photocopy stalls that will know what you need. Hand them pp and bank book and tell them "retirement visa" They know what pages are required. If you have done a TM47 have receipt as doc check will want that. If you have no luck ask them to reject application and they will give you 7 days to exit Thailand (it's not an extension) Do a border bounce and reload. New non O + extension.
  2. I'm sorry but I cannot work out what status you have in Thailand. Assumed non O and asking about 12 month extension. 30 day extension is available for visa exempt and tourist visa entry.
  3. Poor planning. You can obtain extension 30/45 days prior to expiry of current permission of stay.
  4. Thinking you have an issue. You should have requested a 12 month bank statement from Bangkok bank a week ago. Unlike many other banks BB cannot issue 12 month statement on the spot. Suggest that you photocopy bank book pages for last 12 months. Highlight the monthly transfers. When does your permission of stay expire. Good luck.
  5. You can return to Thailand. How long do you plan out of Thailand?
  6. As if anyone is not aware of that "statement" It's a 'cover all'. Also refused entry having a visa while uncommon does occur.
  7. So after this trip to either Philippines or Cambodia your METV would still be valid and you reenter using that visa? If so should be no issue.
  8. Now for the Book :How not to do a border run
  9. Letter from here. Think #22 on list of forms https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=3202
  10. OP, have you used "60 day extension to visit wife" Obtaining that would enable enough time to season the 400k. Do you have two bank accounts. If together they cover the shortfall you could use both accounts for money in bank method. Failing that you could border bounce and enter visa exempt and subsequent non O and 12 month extension.
  11. General rule of thumb is that stamps, visa information etc is transfered at immigration where they were issued. Example my last passport renewal was some years back at CW. The io at CW transferred non O details, etc. Would not transfer my reentry permit. Reason....it was issued at DMK (airport). "You need go there" Not surprised by your post.
  12. Nup. He will be given an "admitted till" date according to his reentry permit in old passport.
  13. The OP would enter Thailand with valid reentry permit in old passport and will be given stamp till date same as on reentry permit.
  14. One option is to wait till your window for 90 day report opens after return and do the TM47 and transfer of stamps on same visit. Don't forget to update things such as bank account passport details.
  15. Not married. Will require more than just name on birth certificate.
  16. You don't understand the requirements. You obtain your extension in province where you live. Travel out of province including international travel does not change that.
  17. How long is a piece of string. The amount on time you plan for being in Thailand for 2014 is not an issue using visa exempt entries. Don't follow the "visa bit of hassle where I live" eVisa?
  18. Passport confirms your automatic right of residence in your passport country. Nothing to do with a proof of address. That's why pp is sufficient
  19. I gave @treetops the +1 heart. His first post is sufficient and correct.
  20. 8.30am. Regardless of what time you arrive it's best to go to que desk prior to going downstairs to banks. Be aware sometimes que desk ask to see your application TM7 filled in. You also should make small deposit as same time. CW prefer bank book to be updated and show activity on day of application.
  21. Seems you may be dealing with Jomitien. You using Bangkok Bank ?
  22. OP, here is a thread with guidelines that suit your situation https://aseannow.com/topic/1153594-one-year-extension-based-on-father-of-thai-child/ https://aseannow.com/topic/1307713-visa-based-on-having-a-thai-child/
  23. Use of agents was not asked for by the OP. The agent has nothing to do with posts about bank statement. Also your post about the gym friend that uses agent 15k is also off topic . At a guess that guy is using agent for extension based on retirement without any funds (money in bank method)
