  1. And you expect forum to take a wild guess at your issue. Vague post at best.
  2. Umm might mean you can obtain affirmation of freedom to marry. Without entry stamp in your Irish pp. Keep us updated as I have read similar situations to yours. Good luck
  3. That's an issue. Previously Jomitien were requiring 800k in bank for 2 months prior to application. That's incorrect (only required on day of application) but that's one hobby of Jomitien. Good luck tis not simple. Folk have obtained COR at Jomitien with tourist visa status You could obtain the non O from outside of Thailand. It's all eVisa now. With a Non O status you can open a bank account. You could consider using an agent to open bank account especially as you are located Pattaya.
  4. You entered visa exempt and received 60 day stamp. Now extended by 30 days. It does not need to be Bangkok Bank (BBL) any Thai bank a/c in your name only will suffice. Not easy to open on tourist status. At minimum you will require a "certificate of residence" from immigration.. That won't work.. You would initially obtain a Non O from your current permission of stay and that requires 800k in the bank on day of application. Immigration will require 15 days remaining on permission of stay to apply for Non O retirement. Some offices. CM, Phuket require longer. For first 12 month extension you would need to show 12 monthly transfers from abroad. Without embassy "income letter" (USA does not provide) so you need to use "money in bank" method. Over that 12 months start the transfer to change to income method in the second year. Where are you located. In other words which immigration office?
  5. The EMS posting is a requirement for report via mail. Has never happen to me however have read a report where the person did not receive the return mail and when eventually did attend immigration in person did a TM47 also showed the tracking and was NOT fined. Personally pretty much over it. Travel often and more that likely leave it till next annual extension and possible 2k fine. As for the TM30....I made perhaps 4+ trips abroad in last 12 months.. For extension on Nov 5....I obtained TM30 from apartment office. Went to CW they accepted my TM30 for extension. Next off to 90 report desk. Only provided filled in TM47 and pp. No fines.
  6. Sounds like a workable plan. Here is a site I ran into. Most likely just confirms what you have already researched https://www.ireland.ie/en/thailand/bangkok/services/marriage-and-civil-partnership/
  7. The last 90 report that I did in person was Nov 5 at CW. I did not provide a TM30. However most likely if I try online for next one most likely rejected as my report is not synced with TM30. I may opt for TM47 via mail (bullet proof) or just skip the whole thing. Becoming very jaded with Thai IT
  8. You can obtain a 30 day extension and follow that with a border bounce for another visa exempt entry. Of course this just buys time. Be aware that border bounces have shifted recently and some requiring overnight stays 1-2 nights. Current thread running on this. Recommended to use border run agents. Depends where you are located in Thailand. https://aseannow.com/topic/1347328-nong-khai-border-bounce-avoid/
  9. Look into DTV. Might be an option. What is current status in Thailand? Visa exempt entry?
  10. What visa option is that. Obviously agent however what type of visa. You can renew you licences however they will be valid for 2 years. Age?
  11. Boarding pass has always been required. Even when there was TM6. There is a sign at immigration desk area. Many folk chuck em and the immigration officers just ignore it.
  12. Please. Hardly useful as you have no idea why the 30 day extension was refused. Could have been as simple as incomplete paperwork. The 7 days is not an extension it's a leave Thailand within 7 days.
  13. OP, thinking your issue is with trying to get married in Thailand while your stamp for permission of stay is in UK pp. It may be that you have to exit Thailand and kill off the non O. Return to Thailand visa exempt on your Irish pp. Subsequently get married. The visa exempt would provide 60 day stamp. Can be extended by 30 or 60 if married at that point.. Obtain a non O based on marriage from your visa exempt entry and subsequent 12 month extension.
  14. From the OP..... "Last month my online 90 day report was rejected, no reason given, and after wasting much of the day and loads of petrol CW announced that my rejection was because my TM 30 had expired" Thread is CW specific.
  15. You're sorted. Please update after your 60 stamp. For others doing the same...this thread outlined positive experience.
  16. NO. Your agent mini van company will advise. Please do a follow up report after border bounce. Currently changes at Laos borders. Guessing your cost approx 3800-4000b ...?
  17. Fine. The agent will check your current stamps. The agent can ensure same day return. There can be extra fee for certain status. Example Non O. Out of interest where are you located in Thailand
  18. One is a visa and other is visa exempt entry. So clearly you are after the later. Your permission of stay from Ed visa ending ?
  19. You need to clarify. You do not obtain a "60 day tourist visa at the border" Are you asking about a border bounce to obtain 60 day visa exempt entry. Using minivan company (agent) good idea.
  20. As per PM.,....don't leave application to last minute. Immigration can have a hobby to send you away for additional doc. Believe at HH immigration you can apply for annual extension up to 30 days early
  21. Of course there is no standard. Many folk report zillion trips to Thailand without airline checking for onward flight. Seems to me low cost airlines are more strict. Also from nearby countries. My MANY trips to Vietnam using AirAsia. Also my trips using Jetstar. Want onward flight or visa or reentry permit. Hence my suggestion to have reentry page pointed out to airline check in desk. They are looking for visa or reentry permit. Not both. It's not specific to Thailand. Taking Thai gf to Japan the airline will check flight out of Japan within 15 days. Also checked at boarding gate.
  22. There is no need to explain. When obtaining boarding pass at departure point as you hand over pp you show page with reentry permit.
  23. Many have received rejection and asked to report in person. Especially if having returned from trip out of Thailand.
