You will need to exit Thailand and reenter Thailand to obtain new non O. That is possible with a border bounce and reenter visa exempt. For the non O application you need to show funds came from abroad. You will need to have 800k in your Thai bank. For the first extension you do not have option for "income method" You would need to use "money in bank method.

What status do you currently have in Thailand Do you plan to apply for non O visa in Thailand? Does you embassy provide income letter? Monthly transfers need to come from abroad.

Strange. Anyway you can apply for address report 14 days prior to due date. At CW they have appointments available for 90 day report. I did one recently. Very helpful io. You could consider making an appointment with whatever proof of address you have. The OP has been on annual extensions. Now has changed address. A TM30 is required for change of address. Electric bill won't cut it
