I have had skin cancer three times here and the operation is usually under 20,000 baht. I also see a skin doctor every 2 months for liquid nitrogen treatment on pre-cancerous spots, it costs me about 400 baht per time.

It is precisely because some committees may stop EV charging points being installed that I think the government will legislate at some point that there have to be X charging points per Y condo units. If Central Group allow EV charging in their multi-storey car parks and presumably carry insurance then I think they might know better than ignorant or prejudiced condo committee members.

I don’t see BiTCoin as a currency but more as Digital Gold, a store of value.

The 2018 S350d is not a plug-in Hybrid, it’s what’s called a “mild-hybrid” with a 48 volt motor to add a little more power.
-
I’m surprised at your position, you know the statistics about how unlikely it is. A far better approach is to approve it together with a fire blanket.
-
I think it’s very wise to be one of the first and install one, your owners and tenants are then more likely to buy an EV whereas they might consider it a barrier currently.

Electric Vehicles in Thailand

No you get nothing back. The manufacturer got your 150k subsidy. -
Two points, here is the specific quote from the OP and secondly, don't call me mate, bro or any other kind of street talk.
-
Nonsense, the OP specifically asked about the problem of cars having different connectors. It's a non-issue because every EV sold in the last few years has a standard CCS2 connector.

I buy warm white bulbs, I think older people look better in warm white 😉 The table lamps in my bedroom & living room are on Sonoff switches and come on before dusk and off a few hours later. But in my Kitchen/Dining room (2nd floor, 5 table lamps) and entrance foyer/bedroom corridor (ground floor, 3 table lamps) they are on 24/7 although the latter have brighter wall lights on PIR's. -
Connectors are all standard except very early Nissan Leaf and perhaps the odd grey import. All usually have the CCS2 connector. The problem of CS in Condo's isn't going to go away, at some point I expect the government to mandate it.
-
I would add that I would always fit a 22Kw 3-Phase CS, never fit an 11Kw 3-Phase CS, if cost is an issue then fit a 7Kw single phase CS.
-
They all have a standard connector, it's a non-issue.

You have to be very careful buying olive oil. A lot of it is fake, I try to buy single estate, organic, extra virgin but single estate is impossible to find in Tops. Tops have their own brand "My Choice" and if you look carefully on the shelves you will find the original which is slightly cheaper.

I think it can be too easy to jump in and automate everything, some things are better left out. I have a friend with a younger Thai wife who has automated everything and has an electric room full of 4 port IoT switches, every light switch, practically everything you can think of and voice control. It's unmaintainable by anyone else. When he dies and something breaks, it's going to be a nightmare for someone else to diagnose & fix. I automated the lights on corridors and staircases with PIR modules. The PIR modules are low quality from China (I don't know how you can determine high quality) and they all failed. Replacing them was fairly easy for all but the staircase and will need a platform assembling to reach the sensor at 6m above the floor. I wish I had installed 2-way switches at top & bottom of the staircase or even PIR sensors in the walls there, even that is overkill, I should have just wired them to be on permanently, LED's are so cheap to run. It pays to think outside the box. -
10,000-Baht Grant for Over 30 Million People Unlikely This Year
JBChiangRai replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
It will likely resurface at election time. -
There are specialist companies who will run this kind of service, just find a small hotel with a CS and ask them, I know of one, it's called Plux you can reach them at [email protected] It's accessed by an app and debits your bank. I'm guessing the hotel/condo gets a revenue share. You can also do it on the cheap by installing a CS and fitting an after market electric meter with a breaker at security or reception and running some kind of manual system.

Where to travel in Thailand in October
JBChiangRai replied to CharlieH's topic in Thailand Travel Forum
We usually go to Khao Lak late October and maybe get one day of rain in a week. -
I haven't a clue what the prices are, but I would expect platinum to be priced much higher as it is both rarer and has much more use than gold, specifically as a catalyst.

BYD have a good reputation, I doubt they got anything wrong on the car. I like that they have the most power on the electric motor. I had a PHEV Mercedes in 2018 where most of the power was on the ICE and the electric only range was about 20km. I could just about get away with a trip to a restaurant, picking up a couple of friends and the return journey, but I was frequently using the ICE. The BYD will have excellent performance on the electric motor, once the battery is exhausted, say on a long journey, your performance will drop. There is probably an option to use the petrol engine to charge the battery (there was on the Mercedes), I never did because I considered it inefficient.= to use petrol to charge the battery. So if your usage pattern is mostly journeys of under the electric only range with the occasional long distance trip, then I think it is perfect for you. And if you are anything like me, a PHEV will give you the confidence to go fully BEV next time.

We have just under 25% failure rate on Daikin compressor power boards and over 50% failure rate on the internal logic board.
-
They are professionally cleaned once a year, but the internal filters are washed every two months, One unit that runs 24/7 is cleaned twice a year
