Insurance premiums and property taxes soaring. $6.00+/ gal for fuel, democratic run districts are overwhelmed by homelessness and crime. The border is a mess. In Central Mall Pattaya I see very few people wearing masks. Very slowly mask wearing is falling by the wayside. Went to a Xmas show at kids school and only a handfull of folks wore masks.
