    Arrive from overseas on late Sunday night. How am I supposed to convince my landlord to do a TM30 within Monday?

    So it looks like 1 yes and 1 no. I guess I will have to do it to be safe. We have 3 different categories that may or may not require a new TM30. 1. Returning from a domestic location 2. Returning from a foreign location 3. IO decides your's is old and you need a new one. Please don't comment I unless you have been told by IO to get a new one.

    To hus is a fairly new thing with Netflix. They have now started clamping down on using multiple usage of devices. Also with Smart TVs, they tend to not get the apps updated so Netflix may no longer support the older versions.

    My passbook misses most of my deposits. I also do my own statements every 4 months or so. I highlight the foreign monthly deposits to help BBL format the correct statement for immigration

    I think people are confusing the two types of bank letters. The OP is talking about the income method and not the 800K/400K method. The income method, where there is no embassy letter, requires a statement showing all 12 monthly foreign deposits of at least 65K. Bank books and proof of money in the bank is not needed. Apples and oranges.
