I have known Thai people that have gotten food poisoning. So they do get food poisoning and it is quite common. Some severe. People from other countries are effected more easily. Because their digestive system is not accustomed to the local bacteria.

Maybe they are tired from all the excitement from the night before -
What should I do if I no longer find my wife attractive?
swm59nj replied to bob smith's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
What you should do? Well I will say what she should do. From your thoughts and behavior. She should get rid of you. She is much better off without you. -
Your step daughter seems to have a lot of ambition. She should be given positive reinforcement Not told she shouldn’t move forward in her life. If a person stays stagnant in their lives. They end up miserable. And whine about their finances and how the world gave them a bad turn in life. Most successful people are successful because they took a chance in life. They just didn’t sit around thinking they can’t do anything more.

If they were ask to leave by the owner they should have left. That is the right of a business owner. As for the bouncers. From all the other incidents regarding bouncers. They seem to easily resort to physical violence. And act according to their anger. There is a way to control situations by bouncers without physical violence and injuries. Even if the customer is getting physical. Unfortunately the bouncers have no boundaries. They are just ignorant thugs.

Buckle up! New law makes taxis ensure passenger wear safety belt
swm59nj replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
And do the passengers have to warn the drivers to wear their seat belts? A number of taxis I have taken didn’t even have seat belts in the back seat -
Sounds about right. Many men come to Thailand because most women want nothing to do with them.

If a man has a wife and underage children. And just abandons them to move to Thailand. Then the man is nothing but a piece of trash.

Beach beating: Thai transwomen assault foreigners in Pattaya
swm59nj replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Kind of unusual for Thai. Twenty against three. I would expect twenty against one. -
Unfortunately in most cases like these to pursue it requires a police report. Getting an attorney costs money. If you track down the staff. You would need to get the police involved anyway to get your money back. You don’t specify the type of visa. If it’s tourist visa. They are extremely difficult to get. I knew one person in Bangkok who worked for a large company. She makes a substantial salary. She has no problem getting tourist visas to visit her sister in USA. I know another person that has a government job in Bangkok. She has been rejected twice lately for a tourist visa to USA. 93000 baht for what type of visa? What type of promises did they make for that amount of money?
