  1. For sure. I know of a Thai that does it every 90 days for 10 foreign workers who she employs. She in fact asked my wife if I could do it online for her to save her the monies. The second person I know of was the luk krung son of a farang who was in Buriram and did his father a favour in trying to help him. Buriram IO is noted for not giving receipts when they should,.
  2. I'd like to apologies to to all, and immigration, but Buriram charge 100, not 500, Baht for a 90 day report not done by the person named in the passport. Sorry if I miss led unintentionally.
  3. Buriram IO charge 500 Baht if the person doing the reporting isn't the person named in the passport. Edit: There are 2 IO in Buriram. I do not know which one takes the money or if they both do. You take your chance.
  4. Humans kill (homicides) more humans per year than dogs do. How do we control that? We could euthanize people that look the murdering type. Better to be safe than sorry.
  5. For all we know of this 78 year old he may mentally impaired to the extent of where he shouldn't have been allowed out unaccompanied. <deleted> stop blaming the dogs. The dogs are the innocent party in this. Not that I'm saying don't destroy them but lets get the full facts first. And in this case I don't think we have.
  6. Yes I'm beyond hope so please tell us what size of a gap is permissible to you?
  7. Unfortunately BBKO there are some posters on here that think dogs should be housed in airtight containers.
  8. I'd imagine that the old guy in this story will not gain much financially. First of all his medical charges will be paid for by the state. Nothing more there really for him to claim on.
  9. Which side of the gate did the dogs latch on to the arm? Oh yeah, on their side. The dogs weren't in a public place and therefore doing what they were meant to do. Protect the owners property. Wake up people.
  10. I wouldn't call Thais dog lovers. They use dogs for a purpose and that is to protect their property. In this case the dogs did just that.
  11. No such thing as a dangerous dog. It's the owner that creates the problem.
  12. So in your opinion what width should those gaps be bearing in mind that you're talking about a child's hand or fingers.
  13. Cuz they don't charge you. Browsec VPN - Free VPN for Chrome
  14. If it the sign says 'Danger, dangerous animals inside' and the delivery man proceeds to go into the property then I'd say it was his own fault. He was warned. You can't deny that.
  15. You are 'assuming'. So on that alone makes you right? You do not know he had tied fruit to the gate on other occasions. You assumed that. Yes he had taken veg etc to the property before but may well have been when the dogs were in their secure shelter as in the photo.
  16. So that should make it okay for him to stick his arm through the gate? In his situation I assume you'd have done exactly the same as he did?
  17. So now it's the property owners fault because the gaps in the gate were too far apart. Get real. There'd have to be a law passed to cover that. You never know what you should have until <deleted> happens. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
  18. Agreed. The dogs did exactly what they were meant to do. Protect property against intruders. How many posters on here would stick their arm through a gate knowing there were 4 large dogs on the other side? Friendly or not?
  19. A doctor stealing medication and comparing it to a dog biting someone so badly their arm had to be removed is a bit OTT isn't it?
  20. Speculation. Looks like someone forgot to tell the dogs he wasn't a burglar.
