  1. And when it is no one notices or cares. I never knew the departure tax was added to tickets, i do remember back in the day they'd take 500THB cash off you when leaving the airport.
  2. Sorry to pitch in here but do you know how long they are valid for - Certificate of Res?
  3. https://www.qatarairways.com/en/travel-alerts/requirements.html
  4. No chance. Security guards have a massive turnover in most places which means they're either unable to do the job or they've be caught up to no good.
  5. Oh hold on a minute, are you the guy that did know if he needed a PCR test to travel or not and could n't figure it out? That was you, right? PMSL
  6. Where did i say it was, it's hotel quarantine you do in BKK, only place for Sandbox is Phuket. I thought i made that clear?
  7. No if you're fully vaccinated your choices are 1 weeks sandbox in Phuket or 1 week ASQ in BKK, this is for arrivals from all countries. If you're sinlge on unvaccintated i think it's 10 or 14 days in BKK ASQ only. This is what i understand as of today. Test and Go no longer on the table until further notice.

I normally don't like your comments but this however i find very amusing.......touche!
  9. To each their own, i only test when i travel coz it's a requirement. If i got symptoms i would not bother to test just isolate for 10 - 14 days
  10. I know 2 people that have had PCR test then gone home, test positive got a phone call and told to stay home ( no symptoms ). I also know 1 person, had a PCR went home, got a phone call and told an ambulance was being sent for him to take to hospital ( no sypmtoms ). He went and they tried to charge him 20K per night, he told them he could not afford to pay that ( he could of ), ended up paying 20K for 10 nights. 1st two cases were in the last month, 3rd case was about 8 months ago. How to avoid a stay in hospital if you're so worried about a + resuly - self isolate for 7-10 days, carry out multiple home tests until you're confident that your negative, only then report to hospital for PCR. That's your best shot. Good luck.
  11. Have your decades of travelling not changed at all in the last 2 years? you don't notice a slight difference in anything? Good luck with your life, you're too annoying for me to continue to engage any longer.
  12. As someone who has travelled extensively throughout the last 2 years i understand very well. With you there appears to be no hope, best you remain indoors till about 2029.
  13. I've seen people test + on ATK tests and then full PCR's show negative, numerous times.
  14. As far as i understand it you can do one week Quarantine in BKK or HKT sandbox, that's it.
  15. I As far as i'm aware the Thai Pass is still available it's just the Test and Go getting suspended. The wording is wrong.
  16. This is not what happens, the PCR test turnaround is 24 hours, you test and then go home, if not phone call it means your negative then you return to collect certificate.
