  1. Exactly, been here 8 years and used that capital to make enough profit to pay the agent 30 years. If i had deposited it 3 years ago, as my son was born, I would have lost over 15% already aside inflation and no use of the money for additional profits.
  2. 35 million astrazeneca, 25 million sinovac, 13 million sinopharm, 7 million pfizer, 0.007 million J&J and 0.006 million Moderna. According to my digital thai certificate and app with vaxx stats.
  3. @DrJack54Not sure if your confused reply is some sort of spasm or the fact that you not understand how things work for ten thousands of people who do the same? Or are you just envy that people who take the smart fast track get it done easier than you do?
  4. No I mean both or one of them, I do not do anything for all 3 of those things. Neither do they get my money to rot away. Actually they even take care of any other aspect of my paperwork Thai life too, including driving licenses. It isn't that expensive to let someone take care of you in Thailand so why bother the frustrations and waste of time.
  5. Hehe they even dared to ask me while I just rolled in from the ambulance being half in shock, half dead with 4 fractures including my nose. These people are worse than a mamasan is in the gogobar.
  6. The visa issue as well TM39 and 90 day reports are like resolved by simply paying a agent to do them, so this is a man made problem optionally only. In terms of some here that comment on doing so for a secure future or for the vulnerable years, not sure how this would be better in Ecuador or Mexico to be honest. Generally speaking no place on earth can offer sustainability, safety or security in 1-2-3 decades from now, western countries are going downhill faster by the year too. I'd agree with Zikomat that is hard to find a place comparable to Thailand unless you just wanna live cheap and stay at home all the time. I've even tried Cambodia, Malaysia and Laos for a year, similar but not the same at all as it is here. Vietnam might come close by offering a very vibrant life but neither is anything close to Thailand. If there was such place many would go.
  7. And your second jab that is missing of course.
  8. Pattaya - the city of fires with insured properties and businesses.
  9. Even you would somehow get it done, everyone would look at you frustrated most likely and could even refuse you entry in their businesses.
  10. You would need to be fully vaccinated as of last time I checked and then still test too.
  11. For applying you usually need the residence certificate which you get with immigration, would not know what else either.
  12. The money in that initial case went to a Taiwanese and to a Taiwan bank account the guy said in the interview.
  13. Ubonjoe will know best regarding formal rules. You could always use an agent once here, if something goes wrong. I used to use the 30 + 60 options a lot based on child but the agent since takes care of my yearly extensions.
  14. You transfer the money now + arrive on visa exempt + extend 30 days tourist first + 60 days wife after + 1 year after that. As it is quiet you could do the extension of 30 days + 60 days likely at the same day too.
  15. Plenty of hotels open, restaurants are open including drink options, plenty of coffeeshops are open, malls are open, massage open, south gate and other markets with street food are open, zoo is open, etc etc etc. = you talk nonsense.
  16. CM is open as usual, if vaccinated hassle free travel and if not needing to take a test first. Other than that no limitations.
  17. What section do you refer to specifically? These laws are from almost 40 years ago and there wasn't anything like that back then. Most people do not refer to many of these electric steps as vehicles either, they are considered manual steps with electric assistance. Seems you just make assumptions based on old laws while in reality nobody is stopped using them. Guess you wanna claim electric bicycles to be illegal then too.
  18. The amount of concrete for the ramp alone could have build 4 toilets on the ground floor.
  19. Your reason is that you do not have a house with pictures to show really? You can't figure yourself you could take pictures beforehand? This is almost the Thai level of asking questions. Also, a non-b is obtained from abroad, you can't change to a non-b within the country as it is a visa you actually need to obtain in embassy / consulate. Only extensions are done within the country. Last but not least, a work permit can be obtained on a non-o as well + you can already extend your visa now thus you have a legit address as well photo op location. AKA you create problems non existing.
  20. Obviously they would be free to book whatever flight after the 1 night ASQ in Bangok. That aside, nobody can look into the future, many things will change again nov 15 to dec 1.
  21. Based on which law? Bicycles go on there too.
  22. Lol I did the same before having yearly visa, I just made 10 photos with white/grey background, 10 with blue and a few other formats. I use the no longer used onces at cambodia/laos borders on trips to get rid off. Other paperwork I have 10 copies each, walk in there prepared and just hand my agent the stack of papers and sorted.
  23. The real reason obviously is money. With plenty of that most issues around it are resolved. I only took 1 child for that reason at least.
