Nice attempt to deflect away from military spending and keeping true to your continuing obsession with Thaksin. Is it better to spend the money on tablets that kids will actually use or fighter jets, useless blimps, novelty golf ball finders, submarines with no engines, unserviceable harrier jets from Spain, barnacle magnet aircraft carriers, Ukrainian APCs etc? Answers on a postcard. Oh, and while we are at it, has anyone in the military or post-coup Abhisit government ever been brought to justice for those billion Baht purchases of fake GT200 bomb scanners (novelty golf ball finders, sold in the British tabloids for 500thb each)?

Keep on upping the prices without any modern infrastructure and you'll soon find yourselves priced out of the market you operate in.

Taking licenses off them will do absolutely nothing. They will just continue to drive without a license. Proper punishment would be heavy fines, if not paid then vehicle confiscated, or prison time. For this idiot, should be arrested, fined and jailed as an example. A month would be sufficient.

My local boozer attracts loads of them, all well jealous that they got here too late to properly enjoy themselves with the demimondaines. Oh well, there's always lawn bowls or golf for those that are still 'active'. ????

Not interested, no money in it for them. -
The Brits are the Level 1 partner on the JSF project and could not get access to all the technology. Also, Turkey was refused as a customer as it was deemed they could compromise the technology to potential enemies (the Russians). Thailand will get a stripped down version if they get one at all, of that I am certain, sorry if that seems to irk you.

Like many African countries, you need a yellow vaccine passport to enter, showing the required vaccination. Previously these were Yellow Fever and Influenza for most West African countries. Possibly, I have used one of those to enter Africa showing proof of Yellow Fever and Influenza vaccines for over 25 years.

Thailand names first special envoy on Myanmar
Mr Meeseeks replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News Headlines
The Thais have got a lot of interest over there especially now the Thai national oil and gas company has taken over operations in the Yadana field. 8% of Thailand's electricity is generated using gas from that field. Total Energies pulled out in January due to the coup and subsequent ethical concerns and human rights abuses that they were not able to reconcile. The Yadana field is a very important and lucrative income stream for the Burmese junta. -
He and his father will be hoping the storm blows over and the sentence is commuted/suspended on appeal seems like. Will Thailand remain true to form and allow nepotism and corruption to let this little cowardly oik off, or will they do what needs to be done and set an example by putting this urchin in the slammer where he belongs?
