Taking licenses off them will do absolutely nothing. They will just continue to drive without a license. Proper punishment would be heavy fines, if not paid then vehicle confiscated, or prison time. For this idiot, should be arrested, fined and jailed as an example. A month would be sufficient.

I am talking about the exact same one, my current one was issued from the Thai Red Cross in Lumphini 15 years ago.

Like many African countries, you need a yellow vaccine passport to enter, showing the required vaccination. Previously these were Yellow Fever and Influenza for most West African countries. Possibly, I have used one of those to enter Africa showing proof of Yellow Fever and Influenza vaccines for over 25 years.

The Thais have got a lot of interest over there especially now the Thai national oil and gas company has taken over operations in the Yadana field. 8% of Thailand's electricity is generated using gas from that field. Total Energies pulled out in January due to the coup and subsequent ethical concerns and human rights abuses that they were not able to reconcile. The Yadana field is a very important and lucrative income stream for the Burmese junta.
