Nothing can stop the grow of the Thai economy not even higher taxes in the US.... But Thailand is doing the same , so if they want to negotiate, maybe Thailand should lower their extreme import taxes first...Don't blame it when others the same as you do...

The alcohol sales will be booming this week..... People are not stupid, and than the cultural and traditional performances and activities...what is special about it as a whole year you can experience them.. at weddings, ordinations, funerals, markets and fairs, all the same... food, miss elections, too loud music and singing of persons who better could shut their mouth. And safety??? people will drink as they always do .. forbidding selling is not prevent that as people will enough at home and in their hotels.... The only thing that is affected is the tourist industry, as there is no need for this kind of measure if the police would do their job not only with Songkran but 365 days a year with checkpoints and check all drivers if have been drinking. Than maybe it would be safer.

They don't learn anything.... Once in my class a student in 5th grade had several wounds and I asked him what happened he told me he fell with a motorcycle.. I told him you are too young and not allowed and they all laughed.. A few months later I saw him sitting in my class with his leg and arm in plaster and I said to him: "motorcycle?" and he laughed and so did the whole class but he admitted .. I told that is 2 times and next I have to come to your cremation as it is getting worse?.. And than he did not laugh anymore... but I am sure he kept on going riding on a motorcycle.. Parents, policemen, and everybody should do something to protect the kids, but nobody cares..Every week it seems there is at least 1 story of teenagers involved in accidents... Ok it their country, so their problem, but I will never understand why nobody cares

It seems that Shinawatras family is above all lows... As they claim everybody is treated equal, than now they have to remove her from office too as they did with Setthra and others.. But again this clan seems to own Thailand and will be protected by their bribes

How will people know??Communicate clearly with easy access to find what tourists need in all languages.. But it will be in Thai and English and maybe Chinese and all the rest have to find out ... Thailand making easy things difficult

Indeed, but you pretend that you know everything and comment on everybody without even knowing if what you say is true...Check with here in Thailand with the people living here and you have proof or don't say anything about others if you can't proof it

Ask a Thai on a map to show where Thailand is... You would be surprised

They need a work permit which will take about 4 weeks to be finished with all the paperwork....Said many times, outdated laws and rules that are not workable anymore in this century.. But Thailand never wants help from abroad

They can sell what they want, but it shows the low education and knowledge of the shopkeeper.. Maybe he can sell T shirts with yellow Judenstars and Nazi symbols too... I think nobody will buy them surely no Europeans. Suppose you walk on the street in a T shirt like that.... Anyway lack of knowledge again.. maybe the tourists would wear shirts like better vaping than smoking... Or water is not even good in my shoes so I drink alcohol...
