I am wondering how it is possible to collide with a parked truck if you are driving ... I suppose you watch on the road what is going on, but as wrote in another post, it seems they are hypnotized like robots driving from a to b without being aware of anything else on the road...Besides that the time of the accident for a 16 year old boy ........ But alas this is Thailand

In many EU cities they have banned older cars out of the city centre and trucks, lorries are allowed on certain times, just to prevent congestion and pollution. As people have to pay for something it is always a problem, so this a solution that cost almost nothing and will help to get less cars in the centre of Bangkok. Besides that there must promotion not to use cars for short distances. How many cars do you see with only 1 person in it and halve the number of taxis...

Good to arrest these culprits... this week there was a release of somebody who was convicted for 500 million fraud, there are many drugsdealers, maffia, youth with guns and knifes, traffic offenders, and many more crimininals in Thailand, but the an Indian man who makes a living in selling icecream without an impossible to get workpermit ( he is not allowed to do anything a Thai can do )and overstay visa is the worst here can happen.... Good job policeoffers.... do the easy things and let the big fishes get away, as they probably help you to gat an income raise.

Apparently there is a law in Thailand that all vehicles that are bigger are always wrong. So in this case the truck is bigger than the motorcycle so he is wrong. A motorcycle bigger than a pedestrian, the motorcycle is wrong, If you know that you are always wrong when things happen I can imagine you don't start to care anymore and the fines, punishments are so low that it doesn't even scare them off

I don't know how people drive here.. If I look at people on a motorcycle it seems they are hypnotized... Looking straight forward, no adjusting at traffic only to avoid obstacles, but keep on their speed, stop suddenly in the middle of the road or at a shop or turn left or right. They look like robots programmed from going from point A to B and than when they are at their destiny they become human again. Except when their phone is ringing than they react.. Never see a motorcycle slow down or wait.. This situation is probably the same .. The truck makes a U turn but the motorcycle just drives without looking, thinking, slow down, brake or avoid...

They can arrest foreigners quicker than Thai ladyboys or criminals...

First they will never educate people properly as when they start to think they see what is going on in Thailand and the elite will loose their power.. Secondly if people can spend more businesses earn more a thing that is al\ways being ignored or told, as it could be a threat to more salaries hike...All over the world all businesses pretend to have a lot of costs and can't reward the workers while the profits rise every year...Unfortunately Thailand doesn't have labour Unions... It wouls change a bit.. yes life could be a bit more expensive but the living circumstances would be improved...And in Thailand the rich are only here to help themselves to get richer while the poor even drown...

Happy to hear... but the daily wages can't get any raise but that are the ones that really need it.... Shame for the people who decide this to fill their pockets again instead of thinking about the poorer...... And than Thailand pretends it is a Buddhistic country....

If they want more tax. start with abolish the blue familybook, and let everybody be registered where they live. Send them a tax form with they have to fill in with their job, wage/salary, bankaccounts, and other assets. Many people don't need to pay taxes probably, but there are also a lot of people who have to pay but never fill in their taxpapers...The Government has no clue who is living where is doing what and earning how much or what they posses. They don't need to increase the VAT as all people are affected and with no raise of daily wages to a normal standard of 500 THB(which is still not so much) a lot of people will get higher debts and problems. A 10k wallet will not help

what did she achieve in these 90 days??? and what are her plans to fullfill in 2025?? Very vague but time to celebrate on taxpayers money

So in fact the military has the right to stage coups....whenever they want as the excuse is the national security whatever that may be. And they are allowed to use as much money as they want for the country with the most generals and high ranked officers in the world... The safety of students was a subject some time ago because of the fire that broke out in a bus.. Look at this "safe" schoolbus that looks like it used to transport cattle..... Very safe for the kids, as no investments are made for safety, no maintenance of vehicles and too old cars are being used for the kids.. Last weeks we have seen many accidents and the Government, the school and the parents don't take any action at all

I don't understand that coups seems to be legal in Thailand.... There should be no need to have anti-coups-legislation-plans... A coup should be always punished even stricter than section 112

There is no need to help.... there are too many restaurants already and the strongest with the best service and food will survive. That is the risk of doing business.... I am sorry that several will go bankrupt but it will be better for the survivors. As an kind of example In the street to my house which is about 2,5km there 23 coffee selling points, including a Lotus, 2 7/11 shops, a tea shop and a Amazon, and all the rest have built a kind of sala to sell coffee and drinks too.. How on earth can they earn something ?? too many same kind of shops in 1 street, and the same is for the small shops with daily groceries.... I think there are 15 too...The way of Thai business is weaking other shops with the same offers.. Regulations would be better and everybody could earn a decent wage.

At the next coup the law will abolished so it is no use to have a coup like this.. Even in the constitution it would no work as when the military stage a coup a new charter is being written

Noise complaints?? Thee is here a temple which has several parties the temple is located 2,5 km from my house The last 2 dyas, as many times before I hardly can watch TV as the music is so loudly as it seems the boxes are opposite my house.. Complaining will not help not even from people around that temple and the RTP is doing as usual not their job... I wish i would live near that temple as I want to go and talk to the abbot and if he did not do anything about it ( which is strange as a temple and the monks have to meditate) I think with a few molotov cocktails and and baseball batts I would end it with a group of other village men.. No wonder that people sometimes shoot because of the noise.. Thai people are so ignorant about others...It seems they take care of their community, but in fact it are all a..h...s
