If I'm watching a series on mountain climbing and they devote an entire episode to the explicit private life lives of two of its actors, I say foul.

There was an episode of "The Last of Us" starring Pedro Pascal which focused solely on two gay guys growing old together. This show was supposed to be a zombie apocalyptic dystopia sci-fi thing. Even my gay friends said that episode was too gay. Sometimes the gay agenda is too forced, and my gay friends agree.

There are many kilometers of nicely paved roads in this system. Plenty of joggers, bicyclists, and the occasional soi vermin are mostly polite, being used to the traffic (but I would still recommend a "walking" stick).

Even the most talented and inspirational educators can't over come a system designed to pass every student regardless of performance. I enjoyed teaching Grade 2 students (7-8 year olds) because they hadn't figured out yet that they didn't have to do anything if they weren't in the mood. I had a Grade 6 boy (12 years old) who just sat in the class with his feet up on the desk, ignoring every teacher (foreign and Thai) because he knew he could never be failed, and that attitude catches like wildfire. No, this failure isn't squarely on the teachers' shoulders.

Chanthaburi seems to have skipped the rainy season and it HAS been unseasonably warm. End of November we were cooling off, but jumped backed into hotter than usual. Even Thai teachers at my school are complaining about the December heat.

NO student can fail in Thailand, This is a common thread throughout the entire school system, from the little ones to the big ones, and one of the cornerstones of why the educational system is so effed up.

Of course he would not WANT to do this. No, he strikes me as a serious, non-betting man who weighed all the options carefully and knows he will win.

As deep a thinker as Jack Smith is, I am SURE he considered the possibility that orange jeezuz might be victorious in both the cases against him AND re-election. If such a terrible thing were to happen, Jack would face at least jail time for upsetting the tangerine traffic cone of treason. As intelligent as Jack is, it gives me a warm feeling of solid hope that 45 will face prosecution and, in spite of current polls, 45 won't plop his burgeoning buttocks back behind the resolute desk.

That's not true. Alcohol affects people differently depending on their physiology, weight, age, etc. I am NOT defending the idiots trying to implement this plan. I am saying to try and use this argument could only sway idiots - now, wait a tick . . .

Why do people vote for this tragic mistake? Because orange jeezuz is full of hate, and so are they. The vitriolic evil he spews at his rallies is lapped up by people with very dark souls. He openly screams of how he will hurt his opponents if he gets the keys to the kingdom again instead of trying to win people over. He is a hater, pure and simple.

The folks with REAL money want global autocratic governments. One of the few good things 45 did (unknowingly I'm SURE) was have the US bow out of TPP.

We all SHOULD know that polls are worthless tripe (unless you sprinkle them around in your garden). Polls had Hillary absolutely destroying orange jeezuz up to the last minute, look how THAT turned out. Mark McKinnon (cowboy hat guy from "The Circus") was on MSNBC with Stephanie Ruhle. Mark started reminding Stephanie how Biden had originally run on the platform of being a one-term president after which he would step aside for fresher blood. Stephanie shut down THAT remark quick, fast, and in a hurry. Though MSNBC is tacitly in the tank for Biden, this display was too obvious a tip of their hand and they will not tolerate ANY bad-mouthing Sleepy Joe. He is at best a weak candidate, and if there is a presidential debate, Joe will stammer his way to failure. Even though Joe and traffic cone of treason boy are nearly the same age, Joe looks like the walking dead. Orange jeezuz is an energetic ball of insane and dangerous rhetoric, openly admitting he will immediately become a dictator if elected. I am so weary of having to hold my nose when voting for a president.

China Airlines gave me a free upgrade to business class years ago, can't ever go back to economy again. LOTS of room - the seat reclines all the way to a bed. Small, but much better on the legs. As well, you have access to their lounges. I JUST finished a reservation from Bangkok to San Francisco, $3509 USD. Las Vegas is just a short jaunt from there. Additional notes: I usually fly EVA but they have NO business class flights available for the March-April dates I wanted, AND China was a little less expensive.

If you wind up getting a replacement drive, go SSD - then get TWO drives and familiarize yourself with backing up your info. Many moons ago, I was in charge of the company's backups, and we had a saying: if it's not backed up then it doesn't truly exist.

I also tried it once, total waste of time and effort.

I seem to recall a recent election where the people's choice was rescinded by the military in power. I wouldn't call the people dumb, I'd say rather they're helpless to do anything.

I used to work for the largest private school system in all of Southeast Asia (and if you know, you know). I did time in several of their branches, and they had one constant - many of the foreign teachers got PLOWED on a nightly basis, and the school admins were aware. Of course not all, but a disturbing number of them. As long as you had a white face and didn't get caught molesting the students, you were good to go.
