  1. that 'or' should be 'of' 'TH still has about 35% or primary forest'
  2. Shouldn't cost you anything to sell. Sold 3 cars, 2 Udon Thani, 1 Prachuap Khiri Khan provinces.
  3. Tracking her partner's Gmap timeline ... ???? It wasn't me, a friend borrowed my phone
  4. I've seen plenty of storks, though not many varieties. Open Billed & Painted mostly. so many I can't even fit them into the shot
  5. Obviously you need to get far away from people & development. Even on trails, if worn, isn't going to have much wildlife...that you are going to notice or see. They're catching leopards & tigers at parks on cameras, and how many of them are in country. I see plenty of birds, and spotted otters while sitting riverside in busy areas, (KiriWong Village). Pretty sure I've seen mongoose or similar body (not otter) crossing road, and not in the wild, NaDi, Udon Thani. Seen more snakes than I want to, like yesterday, walking dog ???? I've actually seen peacock & pangolin out in the village areas, only one each, but really surprising. Go out in the more nature areas, and at night you'll hear the monkeys, orangutan howling or whatever they do. Lots of different animals out there that you hear & see, not like the ones on Soi 4, Soi 6, Soi Cowboy, Soi Patong or Bangla Rd
  6. Definitely a waterfowl, and with those big A$$ feet, Ms Google lens is telling me 'White-breasted Waterhen', and I'd go with that. Also needs to get put back, as Mama will be looking for it. https://ebird.org/species/whbwat1
  7. Can't wait till I order a burger and they ask if I want that on a bun ... ... 30 baht more for bun ... 10 ketchup ... 10 mayo ... 10 mustard ... 30 lettuce/tomato/onion ... 30 per slice of cheese ... 10 salt/pepper Paying for condiment ... that will never happen ????
  8. @Franck60 not just bird; https://www.thainationalparks.com/list-of-birds-of-thailand
  9. TH is suppose to have 1071 - 1101 different birds. I've photographed over 165, probably closer to 180, if I paid attention to the different species, as the variance can be quite subtle. I can't be bothered peeking that much at them. I don't exactly go looking for them on foot much, and never more than 100 meters from car or where ever; house or hotel that I'm at. Lucky enough to get one rare bird, not recorded before in our area. And I don't have a photo of it, it never happened.
  10. Charging time, and this will very, different cars, chargers/cable, and supply. Also if car off, or if sitting in with AC and or lights on. The top half, slower part, 80% - 100% has topped up before 15-20 mins, when we're not in it.
  11. Just add more grounds, though happy with what I'm getting, and without the possible higher LDLs. Get enough of those with my pastries.
  12. TH still has about 35% or primary forest, EU/Europe, I think, less than 5%. Obviously not cold weather critters, lots of snakes, more than a few venomous.
  13. I'm back to using French press again, always use a filter, after, as don't want cafestol, and because my grinder has 1 setting ???? fine. Not what you want for French press as the screen isn't fine enough. Even get the best yield with the press
  14. Certainly didn't cut petrol 91, as saw it from 40.19 to 41.59 today.???? It was 39.5 the other day, and 38.5 late time I notice ... this month.
  15. If you want that name brand. I'm a CC, think mine cost 600 maybe, and came with a 'hot plate', which was crap. Moka Pot is fine though. 450ml, I think. Vendor doesn't carry it any more.
  16. Mine is stainless Phaeng Mak Mak Mine is Stainless Steel (from LAZ):
  17. @kannikaAs pointed out, it's the protein and resulting gluten. Bread flour more than All Purpose and assuming AP more than Cake flour.
  18. Or ... could just get a pair of those adjustable sunglasses, and look up, see how dark they get ????
  19. @gamb00ler Agree, as a few variables unseen, especially pollution. When AQI is 100, it definitely knocks production down a notch. Upper clouds, humidity. Still amazed by how much it will produce on overcast, even if a lite rain. Then other days you think, what's going on. Give me some juice. After a year of use, I'm pretty good at estimating how the day is going, and whether to plug the EV in or not. Unless sunny out, isn't even a consideration till about 0900 hrs. As soon as the panels are producing 2.5kWh in excess of the load, I know I'm good to charge the EV (@2.3kwh), and the ESSs will top up during prime sun exposure hrs. Unless it gets heavier overcast. Overcast days, you just need to pay attention, load, EV, hmm ... bake some bread (2.2kWh), not forgetting the 2 ACs are running, but overcast, so not drawing a lot. Wife is ironing clothes, washing clothes. Then you hop in shower (3.5kWh), and your drawing off you ESSs ???? for 5 ish minutes. Funny looking at 1st month (Aug 2022) installed, 350kWh, playing conservation, only using ACs when needing Then last month, 1 year later, about 750kWh, with a couple days out of the house, and it's who cares, ACs on, and not even in the house..
  20. Not seeing any negatives with bread flour, though it does act as a conveyence of the unhealthy stuff you might put on it. "Nutrition Bread flour is a significant source of nutrition. It offers energy, protein and nutrients that are either inherent or added during processing. Bread flour is low in cholesterol and saturated fatty acids. 1 cup / 120 grams, contains: Calories: 455 Carbohydrates: 95.3 g Protein: 12.91 g Fat: 1.22 g Fiber Vitamins (thaimin, folate, selenium, )"
  21. All, most of couples I know, 15 ish, most age gaps were 20 yrs or more, and think they're all still together with 2 exception. Most fairly happy. None with financial problems, and some actually a bit flush.
  22. Gambling drunk ... her, not me ???? Toss her butt out. Same age spread with #2, going strong for 17+ yrs. She was 29, me 51.
  23. Simply make your own, as it's one of the easiest things to bake; flour yeast salt water No special appliances or tools, just something to bake it in.
