Easy, just posting photo, no commentary necessary. Same with food, usually. I need more species visiting though, as try not to post the same species again. There's a couple I'm waiting to get snaps of, if they'd profile for me a bit longer.

One mod even asked why I chucked at a news-blip. Must have been a sponsored blip, as pushing EV in TH, what's available and good choice. Or something like that. I chuckled as BYD wasn't even mentioned, as other actually posted the obvious. I try not to post on AN staff news-blip postings now, as can't tell which are sponsored or what I'm allowed to post. Another was about PKK, and I disagreed in a negative manner with the OP, and that definitely was a sponsored vid. Can't be shining a bad light if they want people to come somewhere. Oops. Got warnings 2X in 2 days last week or so. Don't need them folks in my fan club Too late ... checked my profile shortly after, and had 3 recent views ... all mods Note to self ... stick to food and EV & Solar

Couple Shocked as Pet Dogs Bring Home 400 Meth Pills

I think that would be down to 'Imm office location' dependent. I simply stated what my Imm office requires. Obviously some are more 'relaxed', others, possibly asking for even more than mine. The only thing consistent with govt offices here, is the inconsistency.

You might want to lead with cost, as probably the most expensive monitoring system. You could get the 'urine' litmus strips, as I sampled them, and were surprisingly accurate, along with very inexpensive.

Couple Shocked as Pet Dogs Bring Home 400 Meth Pills
KhunLA replied to Georgealbert's topic in Isaan News
Or given a medal, as just imagine if some youngins found them, and thought they were candy. You assume a lot, that the dogs are vicious, or even roam the streets where kids play. May live very rural for all we know. Or even in urban setting, and well behaved. Nong Bua district, UT, can be either, but looking quite rural to me. We have plenty of dogs roaming around my area, and none are aggressive. That's saying a lot, since I walk our dog around the area. -
I'm sure the bean counters worked there numbers, and acted appropriately with the info 'they' had. It was during covid, and IF here, on an -0-, you weren't going anywhere. If coming when opened again, then added to -0-A-, and easy enough for people to understand. Well, most people. Since early arrivals had to be hospitalized when tested positive, it didn't take long to realize ... hey, let's require insurance, as too many didn't have it.

Man arrested after 18 years for assaulting minor in Thailand
KhunLA replied to webfact's topic in Central Thailand News
It's easy enough to hide in any country. Having his name & home address is only good if he stays at his home. Doesn't state that in the OP, only that they arrested him at his home. May have been the first time he visited and stayed long enough to get caught at the home -
I don't believe they have changed the 0 non immigrant visa, for retirement or marriage, since I've been here, 25 yrs. They have enforced more of the rules, to stop people abusing it. Thank your fellow expats for that. But the requirements have not changed, I don't think, nothing noticeable. The did add health insurance to the 0-A visa, during covid, and that makes sense, since more than a few were stiffing hospitals. 0 non immigrant is easy to get & extend yearly, if you qualify, and all simple enough to do. After a tester, of a year or 2, if TH isn't for you, you can always leave, or if lovin' it, decide where to stay. More than enough people to assist without the scare mongering that goes on, from those that failed.

ICEV & BEV have about the same range, which is dictated, hopefully be my bladder, and not the wifes, so 3+ hrs. Kms don't even play a part, as usually could go another 60+ kms, before actually needing to top up. Might take 30 secs to plug in, if that, and same, if not less, to unplug. If I use the wall charger instead of granny charger, might take 10 secs longer. Yes, it's that simple.
-
And when we do charge up on the road, it's usually after a 3+ hour drive, and we're in no hurry to get back on the road. Even if in an ICEV, we'd still be at the station for 20+ mins, since having to stay with the car 10 of those, while topping up with petrol. Now with a dog, usually there 30 mins, and the car is done charging, about the same time we're done relaxing.

Say what ... guess I'll be boycotting Crown now. Take that Canada

Sadly, we use to fill up about weekly ourselves, ฿800-฿1300 a week. Our last ICEV, owned 2 years, so about ฿100k for petrol, and shy of 40k kms. Our present car, also just over 2 yrs old, and about same kms, is the BEV version of that same car (MG ZS), and most charging done at home, with Solar. Lots of hours saved, since no weekly petrol stop, along with lots of many. Smoother, quieter, and better performing ride.

This century, only 1/4 over, and has been pretty embarrassing. Probably killed 1M, and displaced 10X that many from their homes, in direct conflicts. Indirectly, USA, UK, FR, DE, IT & SP ...
