Never take over a lease. There can be a lot of complications that could come back and bite you. Get a fresh lease and before signing make sure you fully understand it including what your responsibilities are and what are those of the hirer.
I am aware of that and didnt mean it in any way to be offensive. At the end of the day the storage capacity is defined by how long recordings are to be made. If you go away for a week then you dont want recording to stop or over write after 3 days.
If the recording is constantly running and with a minimum of 30fps then you would be doing good to get 8 days worth of video. but if a couple of days is adequate for the needs then yes that is fine.
I dont need to I know how CCTV works and for security purposes you want a record which is usually a recording going back 24 hours without over writing any data. A SD card wont guarantee that such data is available over this period of time.
You want a means of storage. CCTV is of little use if you cant look at an incident. The use of the phone is so you can see any activity when you are not there. If you are using an SD card then the camera needs motion detection or you will be changing the card many times.
That could be more complicated. Many of the young people have a breakdown if the right pronouns are not used or the wind blows in a direction they didn't expect it to. Care needs to be taken in all of these matters.
It would help if banks, when informed about possible scammers, put a watch on the relevant account to see the incoming and out going transactions. Right now they seem reluctant to do that.
Why are you asking such a question? You know it is illegal to drive in any country without a valid driving license. Use your UK license updated if necessary and then get an IDP.
