One thing that makes this weak is that the patron was probably drunk or drinking and the bouncers are supposed to be stone sober! So you have sober guys kicking a guy that had a few too many and was enjoying himself and put his hand on the Thai guy for whatever reason that was in his head at the time. Thats worse then a bunch of drunk guys going at it.

Where I’m from people just get ejected and that’s that. A couple huge guys grab your arms from behind, or worst case tackle you and maybe toss you out. A bouncer would not typically be out in the street at all. Neither would they have verbal exchange like in the video. The strange thing about Thailand is the Thai guys are very small. They can’t really just grab people and block them from entering, but need to resort to kicks that escalate things.

Are you having the average amount of sex?

It’s not necessarily a problem if the poster is 100% happy with it. It just sounds excessive, so was letting the poster know in case he was compulsive or unable to stop or reduce the activity when he wanted to. -

Tell grandma to get a job and see how fast she avoids the money subject in the future. -
I never got the indoor gym thing either. Hated it. I need fresh air. I guess people like it though or they would not be there. It’s probably more about being around others. Just like anything is, like movies, cafeterias, whatever. It’s usually people that are competitive and comparing themselves to others, or social people that don’t like being alone, etc. It’s a different kind of people then outdoor enthusiasts.

Have not seen that one yet, but I’ll pass ????

I think that’s what happened with the backyard on soi pothole and why he was able to sell at a profit (supposedly). He got a YouTuber to keep coming in and filming the progress with the new place and all these guys kept commenting I will be in there for a beer, etc. They did a final farewell YouTube video and the guy seemed really appreciative and I finally realized what they were letting on. It’s odd though since I never thought long term expats here were sitting around watching Pattaya videos, but I guess they do, or maybe word just gets around somehow, just like I’m mentioning it here. No other reason really why someone would go into that particular bar with that dumb theme other then social buzz.

I explained that already. Please go find my post on it and you can re-post it. I can’t keep repeating it for you here. I think it was from early July 2023 or late June 2023.

I think so, do you have the time and date? I could go back and find the old post (if anyone’s interested) ????. Anyhow, I would always eat meals out no matter where I am. I’m talking about vacating a tiny room most of the day. Get it?

You’re going to need assisted living. Living in your room or sitting in a wheelchair in the garden (if you can afford a place with a garden!). The places are full of people who never wanted to end up there. They found out they were not special. They were just like everyone else. Things could be worse they say, but no cries about it being great. Things could also be better (especially the food!).

A small room like that did not come out much cheaper for me when I tried it in Bangkok. I got a cheap room, but you can’t really live in the room other then sitting on the bed watching TV. I had to keep going out of the room to cafes, bars, whatever. Buying something each time as you need to purchase something to hang out anywhere, except the parks. I could have just gotten a nice condo for the price I spent on 70 baht coffees, drinks and food, getting away from the tiny room. It’s hot so going into 7-11 all the time when outside. Your better off just paying for a bigger apartment and being comfortable for the same price.

Are you having the average amount of sex?

Is it something you enjoy doing, or does it feel more like a compulsion? Sounds compulsive to me. Cranking almost every day coupled with sex almost every day. That’s compulsive, unless you’re horned up in your 20’s or something, even then it would be excessive. -

Are you cranking 4-5 x a week at age 61?? That can’t be normal. Are you on testosterone or anything like that? -
I shower before bed. I don’t want to get the sheet dirty from the sweat of the day. For some reason though I don’t need deodorant before bed. I never smell in bed. Oh yeah, can you help me find a deodorant? I can’t find one and don’t know which kind to buy. Please help me, sir.

Most people decide if they want to buy and live there before they buy a property, not after. You’re committed once you buy. If you change your mind for some reason and try to wiggle out by becoming a landlord or selling it may not work out. You lose money because you did not buy for that reason and you may not want to be a landlord or property manager, or just dump it at a low price to get rid of the problem.
-
You’re assuming the property value always goes up. I don’t think that’s the case. Real estate goes in cycles and you don’t want to be in a downturn. It’s an illiquid asset and hard to sell and get out if things go bad. You end up chasing the market down.

Once a week in your 40’s? I could do it almost daily back then. Once 50’s hit, like around 52, it dropped way down. I could even go without now if I wanted to. Maybe I need testosterone. Just don’t need it anymore. Things better pick up soon or I’m just out to pasture. If you’re coming up on your 50’s better enjoy it while you can ????????♂️. Ironically that’s the Thailand retirement age ????. -
E visa problems in L.A.

Try using the library computer. Sounds like a glitch in your computer to me. If it works at the library just keep files on your cell phone and email them to yourself online to upload. Old passport could be in the mail? How recently did you get the new one? -
I like the Nirun rental idea better. If a tenant could not pay rent you could ask them to satisfy the debt in other ways. One could deliver food and do shopping, another laundry, another unspeakable favors. It would be like a little kingdom calling on favors and collecting what’s due you, whereby you would maintain a ledger of dates and amounts owed and thereby do regular rounds of the property. In fact, thats what a “landlord” originally was. Lord of the land and the people on it. He got first dibs on everything the renter had or owned. It was not limited to money. You can imagine what he required being a lord of the manor and some of the goings on. Anyone living on the land was also subject, not just the renter. So wives, visitors, what have you also became the playthings of the master. What would you require, sir?

There’s a certain subset of guys that like being nagged to do it. Like a mother figure telling you to clean your room, go potty, or whatever. I have seen these types in real life and find them pretty repulsive. Look for guys that are real unkept or acting kind of dorky and not very mature. They rarely act serious, are usually outgoing, vocal and loud and just seem like slobs basically. Kind of like a Homer Simpson.
