Pattaya is a far better option then Hua Hin.

If looking for a nice beach, Hua Hin would definately not be the first place to go. Even the beaches around Pattaya look cleaner and more welcoming. Hua HIn got it's reputation due to other factors and by the fact that people at the top level of power, took to the area as a week-end retreat.

If not in a hurry, depending in which country, the regular SWIFT is far better option. What one may gain in the exchange, one looses on the side with the fees...and so on. No matter which, Wise, Revolut or Wester Union...at the end of the day, it's like at the Casino...they will always win.

If you want to really heal the scars, and start to see the great results for yourself, consult a good shrink. And I'm not being smart. Of course, finding a good reputable and qualified shrink in Thailand, is a totally different story and topic of debate.

Trump or no Trump, the F35a is a piece of junk for any non US buyer. The plane can be sort of put OffLine from the USA, and one has to constantly shell out billions for regular upgrades and updates. A sort of Apple and Microsoft style business plan !! As much as I may dislike Europe and the EU policies, if I was to decide, I would definately go for a European made, fighter plane.

If you do not want to get ripped off and cheated with excessive prices or bad services, to some extent Bangkok and the entire area around Hua Hin or Phuket, is to be totally avoided. The north, Isaan area, Chang Mai are far more welcoming and friendly to foreigners and prices are half of what is applied further southbound.

K Bank in Bangkok is very efficient and very polite staff who can definately help out a foreigner customer. But that branch in a certain large shopping center in Hua Hin is a real mess, where it's made more then obvious, that they really dislike foreigners and love to go the extra mile and splurt out the usual "solly-no-can-do"...or the "solly, no-have"....
