    I am not devout follower like you claim, but look to the positive things he is doing like fighting illegal immigration and addressing wasteful spending. Show me where I have supported tax breaks for the rich. You can't because I haven't.

    You have spoken about compassion, but you have failed to point to your arrogance. Not everyone in America that is homeless or hungry is a deadbeat. It's quite evident you know very little about the little man. With all your wealth have you formed a charitable foundation to aid only those living outside of the U.S.? You're no better than the man you so despise. Hypocrisy comes to mind.

    Compassion starts at home. America comes first. Fix our crumbling infrastructure. House our homeless. Cloth and feed our needy......etc. Cloth and feed the needy.

    Good to catch off guard those responsible for the wasteful spending and graft in USAID. They are being caught in the act with little opportunity to cover their tracks. Same tactic used in busting criminal organizations has usually been successful.

    While in the Philippines in the early 1980's, one of my relatives was the bag man who actually delivered the bribes to government building inspectors. USAID stopped funding the project when they found out what was going on. This was in the Marcos days.

    Correction: It is Bloomberg Businessweek and not Newsweek. Last year it was changed from being issued weekly to monthly. This is misleading since it is no longer a weekly publication.

    Especially when the whole story of how aid money was frittered away on useless projects is exposed to the entire world to see.

    What you say is true. Trump, this time around, will listen more closely to his advisers. He commented during his first term that he didn't need to be briefed. He soon found out there was valuable information he knew nothing about. I am not a MAGA person per se, but feel he is the one to fix some of our most pressing problems, like illegal immigration, a demoralized military and wasteful spending. History will judge his successes and failures.

    Since USAID was established by Congress Trump cannot arbitrary abolish it. What other things he legally can and cannot do regarding the agency, I don't know. We may have to see where courts go with this.

    Quite a few would object. Bombing with direct provocation is a terrible idea. Let Israel take care. They already have justification since the two have been exchanging blows with Israel coming out ahead.
