  1. According to The Nation, it's gone. nationthailandThailand Privilege Card 2025: Key Changes Include Bronze...The changes reflect Thailand’s ongoing effort to attract long-term residents, digital nomads, and expats seeking streamlined immigration options and luxury lifestyle perks.
  2. Yes I have had similar experiences. The transfer has always turned up after, normally, several payment updates. The thing I hate about this company is their overly personal way of communication and the lies they happily tell to excuse their incompetence...."A lot of people are using Wise at the moment", total BS.
  3. Can be a deposit, withdrawal or buy a QR coffee. But they do like to see a transaction on the day of application, mine is normally my Grab taxi to CW.
  4. There's many. Google it. I never used it other than when arriving on business class. Someone recommended me "Bangkok Airport Limousine" which costs from 1299/person. And while I think about it, make sure they do their TDAC! Thailand Digital Arrival Card
  5. Best way will be to get local Thai SIM's from AIS or True. If they have dual SIM phones they can just add it alongside their UK SIM, otherwise swap out the UK one. A 30 day Tourist SIM will cost around 1000 with unlimited data. Cheaper options will exist if they can be bothered to look for them. Alternatively they can add e-SIMS for Thailand before they leave and activate on arrival. Or worst case they can roam on their UK contracts but will cost a small fortune.
  6. They certainly used to, opposite Big C Pattaya Tai. Although that one is now a Benz shop.
  7. Departures is 4.
  8. Use car park 2 or 3. 3 would be my preference and it's likely you'll have to drive up, down and around for some while to find a space. Arrivals (international??) is level 2 and the meeting point is between doors 3 and 4. International arrivals are not likely to emerge earlier than 1 hour after landing, unless they are fast track?
  9. That's a DTV, check here....https://aseannow.com/topic/1350107-destination-thailand-visa-extension-requirements-posted-on-immigration-website/
  10. I believe you have to go there.
  11. I think your first step is to go there and make an appointment. As far as I know it's no longer a walk-in 1 step process at that DLT. And at the appointment apart from residence letter and medical cert you will need to have done the e-learning here... https://www.dlt-elearning.com/
  12. You can apply for a 1 year extension of stay, not a visa. But basically yes, you can, I did the same. You need THB 800k (actual or equivalent) for the non O in the UK and will need THB 800k in a Thai bank for the subsequent extension.
  13. I've used Kasikorn for 18 years. Never a single problem. Good app. Nice green colour.
  14. Apply for Notification of Staying in the Kingdom
  15. The immigration rule is 2 months and you may also need to keep it there for the under consideration period. Bangkok Bank have their own "rules" and if the money have not been there for 4 months when you ask for the letter they may freeze 400k for 4 months.
  16. 90 days resets on your return, as it always has. If there is any automatic time counting for tax purposes I am highly doubtful, any more than there ever has been any with a manual exit. You exit is in the system, same as ever. The only thing missing is your passport stamp.
  17. Who is sending that message? There are 3 steps in the process, Barlcays GBP>Wise GBP, Wise GBP>Wise THB, Wise THB> KBank THB. Try it one step at a time.
  18. Works for me but that could be pure luck.
  19. Alright then, twice. Point is it is a one off re-registration process that is ongoing now as discussed in that thread.
  20. Nationals such as UK, USA, AU, CANADA etc do NOT have embassy income letter option
