I see no reason why you could not put both of them in the same envelope. You could mail them while in states as well.

You apparently applied for a one year extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon being the parent of a Thai. You can apply for a re-entry permit to keep the remainder of your extension valid when you enter the country. A single re-entry permit is 1000 baht and multiple for 3800 baht. Ther re-entry permit will be valid for entry up to the day your extension expires.

Tourist Visa from LA Consulate Desired
ubonjoe replied to George36's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I think you confusing tourist visas with a non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai. You cannot a apply for X number to days. If you apply for tourist visa it would be a single entry and allows a 60 day stay. If you apply for a non-o visa it would allow a 90 day stay. -
No sure what you are writing about. There is no fee for entry to a Thailand at this time. The 300 baht fee has been put on hold indefinitely. And there is certainly no linkage between the 2 countries. Laos changed the fees for visas on arrival. For most countries it is $40 US or the equivalent in Baht or KIp.

Changing Visa Type Without Leaving the Country
ubonjoe replied to BBee's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
At one time it was possible to apply for 60 day covid 19 extension of stay but since you entered with a non immigrant visa you cannot apply for one now. -
Of course they can.

STV 60 days from the UK
ubonjoe replied to it is what it is's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
A STV (special tourist visa) is not a single entry tourist visa (SETV). The application has to be done online at https://thaievisa.go.th/ . Been the same for the UK since 2019. It is done entirely online and they send the visa by email. -
Don't THEY have the holiday calendar at hand?
ubonjoe replied to KhunBENQ's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
The under consideration stamp is only needed for visa and extension applications that have to be approved at the division level of immigration. For example extensions based upon marriage to a Thai and in some cases extensions based upon working. -
Entering Thailand on expired Retirement visa
ubonjoe replied to Billpro785's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
It is certainly legal. Many countries will issue a 2nd passport if a person has a valid reason to apply for it. For example many people working outside their home get them due to needing a visa for other countries that would cause them to not have their passport while applying for it. -
Changing Visa Type Without Leaving the Country

1. No 2. You can apply at the countries you listed. Myanmar is not on the list of restricted countries that must apply in their home country. The embassy in Vientiane might be the best place to apply for it. Info is here: https://thaivisavientiane.com/# Another advantage is that you can enter Laos and get a 14 day visa exempt entry. 3. You may be able to get another extension of stay to attend a school. What have you been studying? -
You can apply for a 60 day extension of stay (visas are not expended) to visit your wife. Some offices may want you to apply for the standard 30 day extension before you apply for it.

Getting my degree legalized?
ubonjoe replied to USslugga's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
The drop down menu shows it. Going further down the page though it does not show a available appointment until September 9th. -
I got to a page listing the visa types but went back to the home page when I clicked one. It does show a different email at the bottom of that page. "To ensure that clear and precise information is given, visa enquiry can only be made through E-mail at [email protected] "
